"I love my twine dispenser. I always used to have to wash my twine before using it, I never thought it was clean enough to put on my food after it had been rolling around in a drawer. Such a small item makes a world of difference when you just want to get a job done. I never had any problems putting it in the dispenser or using it. Another Chefs purchase I wouldn't give up. Thank you Chefs for bringing all this neat stuff to my door."

"This is one of those 'little' things that just makes life better. The dispenser is a quality item, not chintzy like some you see in mail order catalogs. It even has a plastic grommet protecting the opening that the twine exits so the string doesn't fray. The twine is heavy duty but flexible. My very favorite thing is that the dispenser is short enough to sit upright in my drawer, right next to my scissors. Anytime I need twine, I just reach in and have it in an instant. And the dispenser is easily washable, so I don't need to worry about cross contamination from poultry, etc. Another item from Chefs that just makes life better."

"I have an awesome roast receipe that needs to be stringed to cook. I could not find this twine anywhere. I was getting tired of going to my local butcher and asking for butcher's twine. This is perfect and works well in the dispenser. A must have for any cook!"

"It is nice, but the gauge of the twine is fine for huge items, but it's a little unnecessary for everyday use. Also the roll fits a bit too tight , and it gets stuck in the canister at first. That makes it a bit more of a pretty holder than a dispenser, until you use a bit of the twine. Replacing the twine with a slightly smaller ball with a smaller gauge would make this combo amazing."
