Created just for CHEFS™ by the
San-Franciso-based Red Blossom Tea Company. Dragon
Pearl Jasmin Dragon Pearl Jasmine is made using only
spring harvested white tea buds and fresh Jasmine
blossoms hand gathered from Fujian Province, China. Each
hand-gathered leaf bud is meticulously hand-rolled and
scented with fresh jasmine blossoms over the course of
seven consecutive nights. The result is an intensely
aromatic jasmine tea with hints of honey and
honeysuckle. Dragonwell Gathered in mid-April from
China's Xihu region of Zhejiang Province,
Dragonwell is one of China's ten famous teas. The
most distinguishing characteristic of Dragonwell is the
manner in which it is roasted - flattened by hand
against a large circular roasting pan. The unique
roasting method gives the tea its characteristic
blade-shaped appearance and imparts a slightly toasty,
buttery character to the tea. The Luong family,
founders of Red Blossom, works directly with the tea
growers in China to ensure that each tea is of the
highest quality, from its time in the ground to being
carefully hand-packed into the elegant storage container.
