I have a large , heavy duty mixer and love it. However, there are
times when I need a small mixer task and find that using the
large one is cumbersome and leaves a lot of clean-up.
I love my Cuisinart hand mixer recently purchased from
Chef's. Highly recommend it. By the way, I also like buying
from Chef's!

My hand held mixer finally died. I was so happy BECAUSE I have been wanting a better one for years yet I am a practical soul and would not go to the expense until the one I had stopped working. Having had many Cuisinart kitchen products, I really wanted to buy their mixer- however, I also wanted confirmation that their mixer was the best, so I did research...looking at several other brands and comparing. I was very happy to discover that Cuisinart beat every other manufacturer hands down. Although I have a standing mixer, as every cook knows, there is no getting around having a hand mixer for small jobs as well as convenience. I love this mixer- it does everything and more than I had hoped (from slow speeds and light jobs to cookie dough). I have used Cuisinart kitchen products for years- and I am here to tell you not only do they last but they have the best customer service of any I have experienced. They listen, they solve your problem and, if necessary, send you another at no cost to you. Do not forget to register your product-this is very important. Another plus is their 3 year warranty- if you are not going to register your mixer, keep that receipt!!! In a nutshell: Do not hesitate to buy the Cuisinart Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer- you will love it too! (The only con I really have is that it is a little noisy- but this should not be a deal breaker- I really don't care and you won't either!)

Gave the mixer to my sister for Christmas. Had to open it early to mix something for Christmas dinner. Her old mixer just wasn't getting it done. It did the job well. Love the easy clean beaters and whisk.

Since I don't have a stand mixer I needed a hand mixer to make cookies and cakes. Cuisinart's quality and reputation were the key reasons for my purchase. The mixer blended softened cream cheese so easily, and I mixed in crumbled Oreo cookies without a mess. Love this mixer!

It has been 40+ years since I had a new hand mixer. Innovation has come a long way. It doesn't throw flour all over the kitchen like some do!! It is so smooth to operate and easy to clean. I feel I got a great value for my money.

Out standing mixer.wife just loves the power and the slow startup, she gave it a tough go as she made a large batch of divinity candy for the holidays, she had burned out her previous mixer, and was surprised at the quality of the Cuisinart mixer. And yes so very easy to clean up. A 5+ star rating. You can't go wrong with this mixer for the price. Also got great service. Thank you CHEFS.

This is the noisiest mixer I have ever heard and the power surges send batter flying! I have used it once and would send it back except all the packaging and boxes already went out with the recycling. I purchased it for the multiple speeds for multiple applications. When I needed to mix honey and peanut butter into dry grains like flax seed meal, oat bran, oat meal and wheat germ it would bog down on the first speed - then it would get a surge of power and send stuff flying all over the counter! Perhaps I need to try a higher speed (makes no sense??) or maybe just throw it in the trash and buy a $19.00 mixer at K-Mart. Very disappointing.

This mixer can do all of my cake mixing(scratch)and cooked icining and fudges. I went through two other mixers before trying the this Cuisinart 7. This one has the lowest of speeds which I could not find in other hand mixers so that I can fold in the tenderest of beaten egg whites (meringue). It also easily handles the cooked thick chocolate fudge frosting that my family loves. I have found total satisfaction with this mixers capabilities. I would reccomend it to anyone who needs a good, solid, full range mixers.

Based on what Cook's Illustrated had to say about this mixer, I replaced my very old, cheap and could not keep the attachments from falling into the batter, mixer.
One key reason for this mixer selection was the slow acceleration to selected speed. How often have you splattered dough or egg-milk mix all over the kitchen or yourself? This design will make that a thing of the past. Well built and the best price at Chefs with tax free, free delivery.

When my old mixer went cluck clunk clunk, it was time to buy a new one. I checked reviews on mixer for performance and price. This turned out to the one to order. I like the rotating cord feature and it comes with a whisk, a bowl scraper as well as the beaters. It start smooth and is easy to use. I my first reaction to beating cream chess and butter was, 'It's smooth already.' I look forward to years for good use from it.
