"This pancake mix is great for a breakfast any day of the week. With just a few ingredients from your kitchen, you get light and fluffy pancakes that are not only easy to make, but tasty too. I love mixing in fruit to the batter, and these pancakes are even great for dinner. These pancakes will make you look forward to making (and eating) breakfast."

"This is actually the recipe from Robby's Pancake house where we often went for Sunday Family breakfast. When they closed we were so sorry, so you can imagine my delight when I found this on Chef's site!!!! I ordered one at first to see if it was the same and immediately ordered for all my family. I get two at a time as my daughter visits and one disappears. Honestly, these fluffy, tasty pancakes are addictive, so do not order if you are on a diet! Thanks Chef for bringing me my comfort food."
