"This toaster looks great and delivers fairly consistent results for bread/bagel settings. The knobs are a bit flimsy and the dials don't really impact results (except for the extreme settings). The pop-up mechanism breaks (I've tried 2 identical models), but can be fixed if you have the time and know-how to dismantle the top and re-attach the spring-loaded clip inside!"

"We were in need of a 4-slice toaster and decided on this one and I am glad we did. I love the classic retro look and it is well made. The dial gives you plenty of color options for the way you like toast...light or dark. If it dies tomorrow I would buy another one just like it. Because of the quality and the way it is made, I am sure it will keep on toasting perfectly for years to come. Buy this toaster!!!"

Nice to Look At -- It Makes Toast Too October 30, 2007

"I admit that I bought this based on its appearance rather than features etc. It sits out on my stainless kitchen cart (a great buy at a discount store) and looks good. It makes toast fine. I really like the reheat feature -- it really does cycle so that it just rewarms the toast without darkening it."
