We needed a replacement knife in the kitchen. This is a great knife and has great utility. The handle is easy to use and the edge is sharp for cutting purposes.
We like the 4 inch style - provides more flexibility for us in cutting larger sizes of meat and poultry.

Another Wusthorf product that is undoubtly the best value and quality for it's intended purpose. The sharpness is perfect and the weight of the knife is perfect for all those cutting and dicely jobs. Very pleased with this product and will continue to purchased Wusthorf knives in the future.

This is my all-time favorite kitchen knife. It's lightweight and easy to handle, but, at the same time, has enough heft and balance to it that you aren't doing ALL the work. I actually purchased this to replace the one that I had been using for 20 years....until someone in my family gathered it up with assorted peels, packaging and other cooking trash and tossed it (ACKKK!).

This knife has all the wonderful features of Wusthof knives. It is sharp and well-made. This knife is perfect for the small jobs of paring fruit and coring apples and strawberries. It slices cleanly - even tomatoes. I (or maybe a grandchild) had somehow misplaced the old knife, so I was pleased to find this single replacement. And at a very fair price!

Wusthof Classic knives are great. They hold their edge and feel good in the hand. Good weight and balance. I like the length of this knife for paring work. (I know I should wash them by hand, but I'm lazy. I stick them in the dishwasher, and haven't had any problems.)

The Wusthof paring knife is the most efficient tool I have. I prepare many fresh vegetables and salads for our meals and the Wusthof has actually reduced the time I spend on this process. It is great foor all jobs in my kitchen that require a sharp cutting edge. In the appropriate word, it is "wunderbar"!
