Needed a good, strong meat fork for lifting and holding the meat where you want it. This is the one. I use this Wusthof curved meat fork for lifting large pieces of meat as well as holding the meat in place while slicing it.This one does the trick .You don't have to worry about it bending when picking the meat up and the curve keeps the fork in the meat but out of the way when slicing the meat.Love it!

This is a very big and very nice fork. I've only had stamped forks before, this thing is impressive.

This fork is strong . It will grip the roast and keep it steady while you are carving. The curve in the fork also helps it from slipping out of the roast

Wusthof knives are the way to go. Excellent balance and always sharp. I like the Dick steels but for knives and accessories such as this it's Wusthof.

If your looking for a good carving fork, look no further. Save yourself the hassle and just buy a good one to start with. This one has a nice weight and comfortable feel to it. It has very sharp, tapered tines and it doesn't take much effort to sink it in to a roast, and it's tapered shape reduces the tendency for the roast to get stuck on the fork when repositioning. As a pro chef this is one carving fork I couldn't be without.
