This was the perfect Christmas present for the baker in my life. My wife, said baker, always gets rave reviews for her cakes. However, before the "oohs" fill the room, there was a moment of tension for me as we had to somehow move the cakes from the carrier to the stand. That's over. Now I can spend no time stressing, wondering if the cake is going to make it and more time looking forward to eating the cakes. And that'll be a gift that keeps on giving.
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, easy to use, construction, easy to store

Favorite Brand: the one that serves my needs the best

Great multiple-use product. The beveled edge makes lifting rolled-out pie dough onto the pie plate a snap. You can use it to get a cheesecake off the base of the springform pan for easier serving. I even used it to slide a hot casserole dish to the other side of the oven so I could put another pan in. You can also use it to lift pizza off or your pizza pan onto a cutting board so you don't mar your pan. This is a really useful kitchen 'must have" that is easy on the budget.
