Chicago Metallic Commercial Muffin Pan : The
aluminized-steel of this exceptionally durable uncoated
pan heats quickly and evenly to ensure uniform baking.
With use, the metal darkens slightly, increasing its
ability to absorb heat so muffins cook faster. Choose
6-cup crown muffin, 12-cup muffin or 24-cup mini muffin.
All Chicago Metallic Commercial Bakeware is made to meet
the exacting standards of commercial bakers and home
cooks who prefer the tradition of baking on uncoated
pans. Each pan is crafted from aluminized steel that
combines the durability, strength and heat conduction of
an aluminum alloy. The uncoated surface offers good
reflectivity for even dispersion of heat and more
consistent, even baking and gradual browning. After
repeated use, darkening of the pan will actually enhance
baking performance. Product Features A

I purchased these pans because I had two mismatched muffin pans that were quite old and made out of two different metals. I wanted pans that would bake evenly and were durable. These are perfect! They baked evenly and efficiently. I would recommend them to everyone. I've decided not to place them in the dishwasher to maintain their looks so washing by hand is required - they cleaned up well.
Pros: even cooking, construction, Performs Well, durability, Material, Long-lasting

A Better Tartlet Pan

The quality of this pan is very nice. We all know a shiny metal pan bakes the most tender delicate crusts. It is a great substantial weight. I am disappointed however, that the muffin cups are so shallow. I'm confident they will produce more of a muffin "top," than the type of acutal mini-muffin I was hoping for. I purchased several mini-muffin pans years ago from William-Sonoma that were perfect (they no longer carry them), and was hoping this was like my others. I will probably use this pan to make mini-tartlets instead.
Pros: Value for Money, quality, Material, Warranty, easy to use, True to Color, multi-purpose, construction, Appearance/ Design /Style, easy to store, durability, Functional/Useful
Cons: Capacity, Not as described
