Since I'm not supposed to mention the competing, French silicon matt competitor, I won't. But I own one. And I bought this one due to getting a new jelly roll pan. This one is a bit thicker than the "original" one I own. It's performance is good having already made dozens of cookies and a salmon dish on it. I'm very pleased.

This product is easy to store, easy to clean, easy to use and the best part is that it has saved my cookie sheets and my foil/parchment paper budget! Love this and will definitely be purchasing additional ones. I was a little concerned that it would affect the taste of the food, but there is no residual taste on the food from the silicone. In my opinion, this is essential for every kitchen!

Not only are these baking sheet liners great for baking, but they are a money saver and good for the environment. I don't use nearly the amount of foil or parchment paper than I use to use.

Eliminate Sticking Spray

No more need for messy non-stick spray on aluminum foil when wanting to bake cookies or biscuits! Plus, there is no more need to wash cookie or baking sheets to rid the burned spray residue that wasn't absorbed into the cookies or biscuits. These mats are as necessary in a baker's kitchen as flour.

How I wish

Oh how I wish these mats had existed when I was a young mother trying to bake cookies for our sons. Now I can turn out all kinds of cookies and pastries without the fear of losing them because they are "stuck" to the pan, and they can be used over and over and over and over......................

I bought several of these for my parents to test out during our annual Christmas Cookie baking marathon (over 1,000 cookies in one day). Simply put, they are amazing. No sticking, no messy cleaning, and the cookies baked perfectly!

These mats are a necessity! Nothing sticks to my baking sheets anymore. Cookies, chicken nuggets, fish sticks; anything that is baked on sheet pans. Just place one of these mats underneath them and they will release with no fight, making cleanup a breeze and keeping your food in tact. The prep mat is perfect for rolling out pastry dough and working with sugar. Also works underneath unruly cutting boards to stabilize them and prevent accidents. These liners are heat resistant and make any surface nonstick - they are sure become one of your most used kitchen tools.

Although I am not using this liner for pastries it is a life saver when it comes to clean up and because of it being non-stick my small meals come out great!

This did not fit any of my pans, so I had to return. I would recommend it if you had a pan to fit the size.

These work well in an RV oven, where there is limited space to store parchment paper and sometimes limited water for washing up. CHEFS was the only place small silicone liners could be found for sale individually and not in combination with larger ones.

Truly non-stick

Not my first non-stick liner; just needed a smaller one. This one fit the pan perfectly. I especially like to use them when cooking bacon in the oven -- nothing sticks, and I can drain the bacon fat into a fat storage crock.
The only "con" is cleanup. When cooking something really greasy, the liner has to be very thoroughly scrubbed in the sink -- even though it's dishwasher safe, heavy grease just doesn't come off in the dishwasher. A good non-gritty scrubbing powder and some elbow grease take care of it, though.
Greasy foods notwithstanding, these liners are well worth the investment.

I was looking for Sil-pad's to do some damage free chocolate tempering. Chef's had these liners, and they have really done the trick. I've used them in the oven baking potatoes and fish. Everything comes right up, the oil even beads up and washes free. Good stuff.

I ruined my old sheet liner by cutting on it, so do not use a knife on this! I have been looking for a replacement to fit my half sheet pan but could not find one that fit it perfectly. I was so happy to get this one and put it it my pan. It fits perfectly!!! It was exactly what I was looking for. If you do a lot of baking I highly recommend this product.

These silicone pan liners are great! I have all three sizes and enjoy not having to cut parchment paper to line my pans when baking, I have also used the largest mat for making pastry. My sour dough pizza crust rolls out lovely without sticking! Clean up is easy with soap and water minimum scrubbing and the pan is nearly spotless.Worth every penny!
