These are great! I have used them every day since I go them. Have put all other paring knives to the back of the drawer. I also ordered a set for my daughter and daughter-in-law.

I got some of these knives for Christmas and liked them so much at home, I bought a set for work .I cook for a very busy hospital. We use these knives every day, all day long and they always stay perfectly sharp! The different colors are an added bonus! Just the best!. We absolutly LOVE these knives!

I would expect a new set of knives to be sharp, at least for the first couple of uses, but these don't come close to the ones I've had for years.

Kitchen knives, a kitchen necesssity, are more approiate when more numerous. This way you do not have stop to clean a knife when one has approate back-up knives. Add some color, and you make for a more colorful kitchen.

My Old, Dull Knives Were Sharper Than These!

With all the positive reviews of this product I thought I was getting a great deal on some sharp knives, but in the end it appears I got what I paid for. These knives were so dull that they couldn't even slice through a tomato and the tomato ended up a squishy mess. I may as well have kept my old, dull knives which were sharper than these. I returned these knives asap. Don't waste your money!

This is my second set as I use them all the time for everything. Just don't put in dishwasher, ever!!!!! Made that mistake with first set and handles look old and color is coming off and now have to sharpen them.

I have had the knives for just a week and they are already showing rust spots on the blades. I thought they were the same as the ones sold at Crate and Barrel, but they are a much poorer quality. I've already thrown 2 of them away.
