My husband requested this for his birthday, having scoured the catalog. We followed the recipe exactly. The aebelscivers were so good i ordered another pan so that we can serve them for the family (16 staying with us) at Christmas.

I always like to get the most use out of my pans and I make traditional Danish aebleskiver, but also like to use my pan for any type of batter dough mix. For instance cornbread stuffed with green chiles and cheese, any batter and combination of cheeses, sauces and herbs will work. I have also made brownie mix and put cream cheese and cherries in the middle, the possibilities are endless. I have bought several as gifts for friends and they have recommended them to their friends also.

I have had this pan for a few days now, and I have made a dozen recipes of Aebleskivers. The included recipe is so simple and be modified for a savory Aebleskivers or sweeter for more of a dessert or breakfast Aebleskiver. Anything that you can think of your would stuff a crêpe with can go in Aebleskiver itself. They are great with any course of the meal or time of day. As breakfast, as hors d'œuvre, as an entrée, or dessert they are wonderful! Think creatively marinated chicken chunks, Raspberry -Cheese Aebleskivers (raspberry preserves, chopped pecans, sliced green onions, and Muenster or baby Swiss), fresh fruit, or chocolate chips and marshmallows (s'mores), or just a dollop of crème fraîche are all great. Best items used to turn the Aebleskivers over and not scratch the pan is a set of chop sticks.

It's a great pan, ableskivers turned very easily. I just used wooden skewers. Only problem is, I must not be doing it right because they were so not round like the picture. They were like half moons with a tag. That was my first experience - I'll be trying it again.

What a fun and delicious breakfast! I saw a recipe in a magazine, but couldn't find the pan anywhere near where I live. So I searched online and Chefs offered the best product at the best price. I will be making these mini puffed pancakes frequently. And just yesterday I saw a bag of them at Trader Joe's and as another woman was buying them I told her about the pan I bought!

ever since a store demo on ebelskivers, we bought a pan, and the children really love them. since then we have bought a second pan to give to family so they can enjoy them as well. the pan cleans up easily and even jam does not stick.

I love this pan. Make pancake mix (or use mix with malt in it) and then add anything!!! The best thing I add is the apples from my mom's tree that have been cut and mixed with sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

These little puffy pancakes are similar to beignets but lighter and easier to make. It took a little time to get the flipping with wooden skewers to work and I overfilled the spaces at first. Well worth the effort though.

I have had my eye on this pan for years and finally broke down and bought it. I tried it right away and was very disappointed in it. They were difficult to turn, the jelly came out before they were done and were too dark. I tried adjusting the temps on the burner but had trouble getting them done in the middle. I will try one more time before I throw it away. I feel that I was misled about the ease of using the pan.

We were given several packages of pancake mix for Christmas so that is why I ordered this item, something new, something different for Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast. We have tried grape jelly, apricot preserves, and honey between the top and bottom layers of batter.

This is my second pan like this - I loved the first one, but after a couple of uses the coating bubbled. I was hoping this pan would be better, it is a little bit. It's not quite as heavy, and is easily damaged, scratched - it is going to have to go back.

I will consider this pan to be an average tool to have. The pancakes are very small but they were quick to prepare and very easy and managable. I think they might be a success for an appetizer in a party of course with variety of fillings or

Wow, this is the most fun present I have ever given myself. My grandchildren were wide-eyed & fascinated & asked for seconds. Of course, squirts of whipped cream transform anything into a treat, but this was really an event. I recommend the aebleskiver pan to anyone who enjoys being a Kitchen Queen.

I used to make similar pancakes called profejes in Holland but now I've found this pan, I can make those thinner ones as well as the thick filled Danish ones. THANKS for this convenient pan.

My wife and I were introduced to aebleskivers many years ago by good friends while we were on vacation together. We never forgot the experience, and this pan makes the goodness happen all over again. Our children love making and eating them. The love is in the kitchen! This is an excellent product for the adventerous breakfast crowd.

My friend introduced me to Ebelskivers on a vacation. This pan works just as well as theirs, and was less expensive. I use the back ends of lobster tools that have a slight slant to them to turn the aebelskiers over. Great breakfast for the whole family! I even put Nutella in one or two as a special treat!!
