After trying every new cookie sheet that has been featured over the last 45 years, it was not until I invested in All Clad cookie sheets that I have been satisfied with the baked results using these top grade stainless cookie sheets. I have one small cookie sheet and 2 of the large size. The cookies brown evenly and do not stick to the pan or burn on the bottom. The small pan is also great for reheating baked goods that are frozen or need freshening. The sheets clean up so easily, too.

I am a baking enthusiast. Years ago I brought an All Clad pound/loaf pan from a retail store, when the bakeware was being introduced. It was at a substantial savings, and the store featured many of the ovenware products at more than half the retail price. I was not into brand-name cookware, at the time, and didn't use the pan right away. When I did I discovered, had I know how consistently well All Clad overnware bakes, I would have purchased the complete line.
Stainless steel or light colored aluminum bakeware is always the preferred choice. The All Clad makes my banana loaves consisitently come out with an even golden color, NEVER sticks to the pan, and retains the moisture. It is by far a superior choice. If you have anyone on your gift list, who loves to bake, or you want to invest in good quality bakeware, may I urge you to buy everything All Clad for your baking. You will not be dissapointed!

I bought the large cookie sheet (an efficient size because it fills one rack in my oven) and I agree with the positive comments left by other reviewers. I noticed the SF reviewer mentioned finger prints, smudges, and droplet marks. All-Clad can do that, and it can show minor scratches over time. The fix is to clean up soon after use, and to use Bar Keepers Friend. There are a few varieties to that brand; I use the basic powder cleanser & polish. If and when those wear marks do show, people will just view you as an active cook with high-end kitchenware.

I love my new All Clad cookie sheet. The weight is wonderful and it doesn't get extremely hot because of that. It looks great and is a fantastic addition to my baking equipment.

This is obviously a high-quality cookie sheet, and the perfect size for a small batch. Nothing sticks to it at all! My only beef with it is aesthetic; it picks up fingerprints, smudges, and droplet marks like a beast.

I had used insulated baking sheets for a number of years to prevent uneven baking, and while they worked, they were not particularly well-made, which leads to warping during baking. So I decided to spring for these much more expensive and solid baking sheets. Not only do they not warp regardless of the temperature of the oven, but the results are much more even than the insulated sheets. I won't be going back!

I purchased these cookie sheets to replace some old ones that I had. They looked great and are great but the only issue I have is that the things I cook on it seem to burn easily on the bottom. But if I move the sheets to a top rack, they seem to be ok. This didn't happen with my old cookie sheets. Other than that they are great, very heavy duty too.

Cons: food burns easily on the bottom

It's hard to find such a functional 10-inch pie plate these days, but this one wins the grand prize. In additon to making a decent-sized pie, you can heat mashed potatoes in the oven, roast vegetables, and even heat leftovers in this spacious plate. This is not the tinny pie plate you get from the restaurant takeout window. It's high-quality stainless steel that will last for years, and pay for itself every time you use it. Instead of buying 2 inferior pie plates by other makers, save your money unti you can afford the All-Clad.
