I cannot say enough good about this cookware!! Cooks beautifully, is easy to handle, cleans up like a dream. It is also light, for those who have a hard time holding heavy pans--even without the food.

Have been a fan of Cuisinart cookware for years- actually remember Julia Child complimenting the design similarly to all-clad- so I bought a couple of pans and have been hooked ever since. This new gen eco-friendly, non-stick set is fabulous. I am a chef so stove top to oven to table is really important and most of us in the field would never have done that with non-stick pans before. I trust the safety of ceramics under oven temps. Anyhow, perfect non stick surface, still has the encapsulated aluminum for best even heating, love the dark color and very happy with the price!

Bought this to replace older non-stick cookware that I was concerned about using, after reading how harmful some of the older non-stick surfaces can be. LOVE the fact that this is not only environmentally friendly, but also that it's PTFE- and PFOA-free! Haven't had anything stick to the sides at all yet, even without using butter or old. Heats evenly and quickly too. Have been using this on a lower burner setting than what I needed to use on my older cookware.

I purchased this set as an Xmas gift for my(very picky) husband.Not only was he blown away by the look & heft of the cookware,he now wants to build a rack to hang them from-as they are too nice to go into a cabinet! Now,as to performance-WOW! fast,even heating,easy cleanup(nothing sticks to these babies!).I haven't yet taken these from stove to oven ,but I'm sure I will be every bit as impressed as I am right now. An excellent product!

I had a number of mismatched pots, pans, and skillets. The Green Gourmet Cookware set allowed me to clean out my cabinet and replace some old, dangerous telfon coated cookware. The nonstick surface made making omelets a breeze and the stock pot easily handled my tomato basil soup for a family gathering (20+) were served.

Don't waste your money. I loved my pans and raved about them for ~6-12 months, but my excitement gave way to frustration. These pots scratch, especially when used on a gas-top stove with cast iron grates. Once the scratches appear, the coating will start dissolving with each wash, and eventually disappear. Cuisinart refuses to admit the deficiency and will not support the warranty.
Cons: Quality, Scratches Easily, warranty not supported by mfr

This is the best cookware I have ever owned. I have owned different types of cookware for the last 30+ years, and not all of it was cheap. This cookware is gorgeous, heats evenly, and cleans up like a dream!
I actually find myself wanting to cook more often just so I can use these fine pans. The ceramic-based non-stick coating lets me "fry" eggs without oil or even cooking spray. Helathy, tasty, and easy clean-up. What cook wouldn't be inspired?

I read other reviews that they scratch easily so I didn't open them until the pan protectors arrived so I could stack them safely in my cabinet. Used them last night for first time & I will be ordering additions to the set soon. I love how easily they clean up. I was skeptical about needing lower heat setting on stove, but it is true. Handles did stay cool enough to not need pot holders as was also stated. And probably the best thing about them is no worry of chemicals getting into food that I cook & eat. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

The initial joy of having the set gives way to disappointment when it scratches so easily. No matter how well you take care of it. And even when it doesn't the non stick capability goes away with time. Soon enough, I might add.
