"I went searching for a Teflon alternative when my old pans started flaking. Knowing how harmful to my family and the environment petroleum and Teflon products could be, I knew there had to be an affordable non-stick option out there. We have some stainless steel pans, but it's so hard to keep things from sticking and burning.
When I found these pans, I immediately put them on my Christmas list. I couldn't be happier with them! You don't have to cook with oil, and clean up is a breeze. The pan has even heat distribution so there are no hot or cold spots."

"I purchased this set and absolutely love it. I have had many cookware sets over the years(copper, non-stick coatings, stainless steel, etc.) and this is the best of all.
It maintains even heat while cooking, is easy to handle(I have carpal tunnel in both hands), cleans easily, and does not require extra oil to cook foods. I also love the outside finish. I purchased the 10" and 12" fry pans to accompany the set.
The fact that it is environmentally friendly is the extra plus to owning this set."

"I originally bought one skillet to see if I liked the Green cookware. I used the skillet the first day I received it and I was in love with this cookware. As we are very concenred about the cookware we use and the chemicals and metals used I was very happy to find this green line from Cuisinart. The heat was even, no sticking still doing the happy dance. The next day I ordred the entire set, which arrived yesterday and yes I used them to create dinner. I am happy that the ease of cleanup. I have nothing negative to say about this cookware and highly recommend them to everyone."
