"I researched cookware for several years before I bought the Cuisinart Green set. Twenty years ago I owned Farberwear Millenium and I thought that was the greatest. I wanted a non-stick surface, but didn't want the problems associated with Teflon. The more I read about the Cuisinart Green set, the more impressed I became. I finally bought my set a couple of months ago, and I have to say that I am so glad I waited. This is absolutely the best cookware ever. It cooks wonderfully and clean up is a breeze. Cuisinart has outdone themselves with this line of cookware."

"I went searching for a Teflon alternative when my old pans started flaking. Knowing how harmful to my family and the environment petroleum and Teflon products could be, I knew there had to be an affordable non-stick option out there. We have some stainless steel pans, but it's so hard to keep things from sticking and burning.
When I found these pans, I immediately put them on my Christmas list. I couldn't be happier with them! You don't have to cook with oil, and clean up is a breeze. The pan has even heat distribution so there are no hot or cold spots."

"This is the best set of pots and pans that I have ever purchased. I have had several sets of pots and pans and this one beats them all. It is 'exactly' as advertised. Cooks beautifully with no added oil and cleans up quickly looking just like new. The best demonstration for these pans is to cook an egg, over easy, without oil in the frying pan. They are beautiful and healthy."

"I bought these pans from Chefs right when they came available. only wanted 3 pans from the set but had to buy the entire set to get the pans I wanted. Glad I did. have used them all since. Love the fact that these pans can go into the oven, are PTFE- and PFOA-free and the handles are 70% recycled stainless steel. They are very non-stick and clean up is a breeze. cuisinart makes some of the best pans for the money out there."

"I originally bought one skillet to see if I liked the Green cookware. I used the skillet the first day I received it and I was in love with this cookware. As we are very concenred about the cookware we use and the chemicals and metals used I was very happy to find this green line from Cuisinart. The heat was even, no sticking still doing the happy dance. The next day I ordred the entire set, which arrived yesterday and yes I used them to create dinner. I am happy that the ease of cleanup. I have nothing negative to say about this cookware and highly recommend them to everyone."

"I purchased my 12-piece Cuisinart Green Pan cookware from Chefscatalog.com and am thrilled with it!! You can cook with no oil or a small amount if desired for taste. The pan has even heat distribution so there are no hot or cold spots. Also, it washes up with sudsy water and a quick rinse and is like new after each use. Another reason I love this cookware so much is because of the eco-friendly and non-stick interior and hard anodized exterior. The non-stick interior is PTFE and PFOA free which is very important to me because I am currently receiving chemo for breast cancer; I want to be sure that I am cooking with safe non-stick cookware. This cookware can be used both on your cooktop as well as your oven. I'm so happy that Cuisinart came out with this line of cookware."
