"This is probably the most used piece of equipment in my kitchen, and it is marvelous. Our family loves poached eggs, and we have had close to 50 types of egg-poachers in the past. This one beats them all. Easy to use, cleans up in a snap, and the see-through lid is wonderful. If we had to evacuate our house for some unthinkable reason, I'd probably grab this poacher to take with us! :)"

Removable poaching cups RULE!!!

Pros: can watch your eggs cook, eggs never stick Cons: if eggs overflow the bottom is not non-stick.
"I have owned many egg poachers over the years, This one is THE BEST by far. The cups are non-stick and come out so easy and the price is very reasonable.
I like it so much that I bought one for my daughter in San Francisco.
Recipe idea: Use egg whites only, cook until firm, let cool, and make "yokeless", no cholesterol egg salad. Healthy and delicious!"

"This is the best purchase I have ever made, I absolutely love it! Eggs Benedict is a breeze with this egg poacher, no messy water to deal with and all your eggs come out perfect every time. "We bought two of these so we could serve 4 people eggs benedict (2 each). We've tried poaching eggs many other ways but these pans are the only way to poach. We do have to add oil (butter) to the little pans to keep the non-stick quality, but we are exceptionally pleased with these little pans."

"I am thrilled with my recent purchase of your Four-Cup Egg Poacher. Now my healthy option of poached eggs is made super easy. This poacher works like a charm. The quality is immediately evident as the weight of the small pan is substantial, and the clear glass lid helps me to monitor the eggs to prevent over-cooking. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in cutting out fats from their diet, as the egg cups are non-stick (I just spritz with olive oil). Bravo Chefs!"

Four-Cup Egg Poacher

"The pan is a non-stick stainless steel fry pan with a solid well-designed handle. The glass lid was very solid and vented; thoroughly satisfactory. The egg cups are non-stick as advertised and just barely large enough to hold an extra-large egg. However, on the model which I received the handles for the egg cups were attached with rivets which protruded far enough through the mounting tab to lift the egg cups from the support plate. This caused some of the the egg to spill onto the support plate. (Since the support plate is not non-stick cleanup was a nuisance. ) I considered this to be a design or manufacturing flaw and returned the item."

"This was such an easy product to use. I have never been able to poach eggs in the past but with this poacher, it is very simple and easy. The pan allows for easy cleanup and the non-stick cups are wonderful - no butter required which allows for a healthier and lower-fat poached egg!"

"My husband loves Eggs Benedict! My sons decided to get this pan to surprise their Dad with a personally made Breakfast-in-Bed for Father's Day! "This is a wonderful egg poacher. The cups are easy to get in and out. They can be moved individually, so it is easy to get the eggs out. The vent holes in the tray allow steam to come up over stop of the eggs, so they seem to cook more quickly than in my old poacher. The non stick surface of the cups works great. The see thru lid makes it easy to keep an eye on the eggs to see when they are done. The additional benefit of this pan is that the cup holder comes out and you have a non stick skillet/omelet pan. I love it. I am so glad I ordered it. I highly recommend it to. I have used and I have shopped for other egg poachers. None compare to this user friendly poacher."
