I recently received my Baker's Mate Cooling Rack and just absolutely love it! I have a small kitchen and limited counter space and this cooling rack is just the answer to limited space! I can put 4 trays out to cool at once in one area and dont have to worry about spreading everything out everywhere. The quality is really nice, it is a heavy weight steel and well put together. I would recommend this cooling rack to anyone, even if you don't have limited counter space!

I purchased this as a gift for my Mom who is always baking and does not always have enough room for "cooling". She loves this rack!!! She has been using it since she has received it and can say enough about how much it helps....I think shes hinting that she wants another one:)

I bought two sets of these racks, one for each of my daughters-in-law who both have very small kitchens. They seemed pleased with the gift but wished they had had it before their Christmas baking had been done. I also purchased a set for myself and look forward to using it soon.

If you are a baker you can not bake without this rack. I have a confection oven so I am able to use 3 pans at once. With this multiple stack rack it keeps my counters clean of clutter. I now own 2 of these. I use one for hot pans and the other to stack the cold pans waiting for their turn in the over. A fantastic product, I can't bake without it. I would highly recommend this product.

I gave this as a Christmas present to my mother, and it was fantastic. It is a great space saver, and is useful for more than just cookie sheets - art projects can be used with this as well. The only problem we had was when we were trying to fold the bottom-most rack -- it took us a little bit to figure out that it had to be pressed in. However, once we figured it out, it worked very well, and is easily stored; it's design makes it only about an inch and a half wide, although you will need a taller space. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

How nice to have such a convenient, space-saving place to put four pans of cookies at once. After use, it folds up flat enough to store vertically in one of the (jelly roll) baking pans.

I've only used this product a couple of times, but it truly does work for saving space when you are cooling trays of cookies, muffins,or whatever. I have been very please and it is well worth it's money.

My husband and I love the cooling rack. Our kitchen is not very big, so it is wonderful to be able to stack our cookie sheets for cooling our bakery. In fact, we purchased two of them because we bake for our community. We are very pleased with the purchase.

After purchasing one of the Baker's Mate Cooling racks, I decided one was not enough. I've purchased three additional racks and intend to use them to stack trays in a commerical refrigerator when additional space is needed. And of course I use them for cooling baked goods. They have multiple uses and are easy to store when not in use. I highly recommend them to anyone who does a lot of baking or who needs to have someplace to but filled sheet pans and doesn't have a lot of counter space.

I LOVE this rack, it's quick to open & easily hold my hot pans so i can keep moving along quickly. I LOVE that it folds flat for storage - but .... the bottom shelf is almost impossible for me to fold flat - it's so hard that I have to have someone close it for me. I'm not sure whether this is just a flaw w/my rack or a design flaw, but don't want to spend shipping to exchange & find the same problem. Otherwise this is great!

Works great until you go to fold the bottom shelf. I had to grind some metal off of the tabs which hold the base shelf in place in order to close it. Otherwise, nice study product.
