Works like a paint brush. My use is mostly for applying olive oil to flatbreads, pizza, etc. It works like it should. Find that the bristles splay after washing, so it doesn't stay neat looking. But it performs well.
Pros: easy to use, size, Value for Money, Functional/Useful

I make my own crackers by using Trader Joes lavosh. These really hang onto the garlic bits I use in the oil. It goes on smoothly and in just the proper amount. I really like the fact that there are 3 sizes for different uses.

I have just finished using this brush for spreading white chocolate on top of biscottis. Unfortunately, several bristles fell out on first use. I did wash and dry brush before using but it was a little dis-heartening to see separate bristles on some of the tops of my biscotti....
Pros: Easy to Clean/Wash, quality, easy to use, construction, Appearance/ Design /Style, easy to store, Functional/Useful
Cons: Performance, bristles fell out with first use

These brushes didn't last six months! The bristles started falling out! At first they fell out one at a time, which was upsetting but wasn't the end of the world. One day, however, the bristles fell out in a huge chunk - with bits of glue! I wish I could say the brushes did not last because of abuse or misuse, but I know that's not likely because I take great pride in my baking and I make sure to take excellent care of my utensils. My quest for the perfect pastry brush continues.
