This is the greatest time-saver machine. I love that I have boiling water at my disposal.. Whether I am hydrating seasonings,or makiing broth from concentrate or to just relaxing with a cup of tea whenever I want it.. I Love this product!

This product is a life saver. Instead of putting water on the stove to boil or putting a cup in the microwave, I have perfectly hot water all day long at just the right temperature. I enjoy drinking herbal teas and making jello jigglers for my great niece and nephew. I love having perfectly hot water available anytime I choose to make a cup of tea, entertain guests, or whatever else I may choose to use it for. It is the best product of this type that I ever bought. As soon as my sister came over to my house, as she is a tea drinker too, when she saw and used my machine she ordered her one right away. We are both extremely pleased. The quality is exceptional.
