When I saw this in the catalog I knew I would have to have it! This pan does not disappoint!! I've made some of the best deep dish pizza ever using the pan and recipes included. You won't believe how easy and delicious this pizza is!

we have pizza uno here in so. philly, and the pies are chcago style with so many toppings available, i would need several pages to list them all.the pizza made in this pan by chicago metallic come out the same way. the pies are perfect and i dont need to go out to pizza uno (so very expensive and you need to pay for parking). i am so glad i bought this pan because chicago style pizza is my favorite.

We moved from Chicago a year ago. The thing that the entire family misses most is the deep dish pizza. They no longer miss it! I make as good as we used to get right at home. The pan was much larger that I had expected.

I have been looking for the right pan to make my mother's recipe for Deep Dish Pizza. The memories this pizza brings back. Well, now I have found the perfect pan. The dough recipe is perfect for this pan, the depth is just what I wanted, and the crust comes out better than I could have hoped for. I will probably get a second one because 1 pizza is never enough! Besides, who doesn't like leftover pizza?

This is the firs time, believe it or not, that I am making my own pizza. First try wasn't ideal, but I was happy with my first attempt. Looking forward to doing this on a weekly basis. Give it a try!

This pan was just what we were looking for. We found 2 online that we liked, and bought them both. This one comes with a pizza cutter and recipes. We have been making our own pizzas and dough for years. We tried one of the pizza recipes that came with this and it was one of the best we've had. One thing to mention - I used their dough recipe in my bread machine(dough cycle) and it didn't work. So next time I will make it according to their directions - which was kneading by hand.

Baked an even crust. Great cleanup. Pan was easy to store with cake pans. Wish pan was made of a dark metal. I would order more pans if the material of the pan was heavier and darker.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: quality ingredients: White Lily Flour, eggs, Butter Milk, onion, garlic, cheese, baking soda, baking powder, carrots, potatoes fish, and hamburger meat

I bought this for a friend for Christmas. I haven't used it but checked it out when it arrived and it is larger than it looks in the picture and appears to be great quality. I am pleased with this purchase and look forward to watching it be opened (and eating the resulting pizzas!)

ABSOLUTELY the best purchase I have made in a long time. This is selling at MSRP here and everywhere else, why? Because even at MSRP this deal is a complete steal!!
The only, ONLY, flaw I found is the infamous typo in the dough recipe. SO What!! I will not judge a pan and spatula based on an included freebee.
My first impression was, "Why is this little box so heavy?". Once the box is opened you will find a very heavy duty, I would say professional quality, pan and spatula. Heavy duty and it's a good thing too because this deep dish pizza is a weekly menu item at our house now.
The only real con is that I am now ruined for ANY other pizza. They are all wannabes compared to what comes out of these pans. Although......I kinda want to go to Uno's in Chicago and see how their pies stack up against mine ;)

I purchased this set for my fiancee and we could not be happier with it! The recipes are very easy to follow, and the final results are better than any Chicago-style pizzas in our area! Some tips that I would also recommend would include: 1) reducing the amount of salt called for in the crust recipe (I think the 3 tbsp was a misprint); 2) letting the pizza rest for more than the 2-3 minutes that the recipe calls for; & 3) consider using a pie server instead of the included spatula.
Like I said, it has been a great purchase, and it gives us an excuse to make something together. It is also great for double dates! I would highly recommend this to others!

The quality of the pan and spatula is very good. Both are easy to clean. The day that I received this in the mail I I had to get it out and use it! In the month that I've had it we've used it several times. The Uno recipes really makes this worth the purchase. The recipes are delicious!

Could not wait to make a deep dish pizza, had the real thing in Chicago. It exceeded my expectations. I used the dough and Chicago Classic recipes out of the little booklet and it tasted like the real thing. The pan equals any commercial pan used in a restaurant, and cleans up like a dream. My son and husband were my taste testers, and they ate the whole thing! Definately a must buy, and the price can't be beat.

Bought 2, one for myself and one for my son who has everything. Used mine a number of times. The recipes in the book are easy to follow and taste great. The pan cleans up well too. My son could not wait to get his home so he could show me how a real deep dish pizza was made!!
