"These go right from the frig to the microwave. Great for leftovers with several sizes for different courses. They wash up well in the dishwasher and don't retain smells or stains like plastic."

"I have been desperately looking for glass storage containers, esp. with lids all over the local stores, and even online. Then, oneday, while searching the internet, I came across the CHEFS website and at last, my search was over. What a joy it was for me! I was wasting so much aluminum foil by wrapping to cover the top of the bowls of my left overs in the Refrigerator. And I do not like warming leftovers in a plastic container. So it seems like I made a good decision about purchasing a two-in-one, very efficient, and a purposeful product. I would probably buy more in the future and recommend it to others. It washes well, and has no water marks left on it. Very durable glass. I love the various shapes that I got. Another good thing is that the containers nest together, which saves space in the cabinet. Thank you CHEFS for this great, cost-effective and daily usuable product!"

"I purchased (2)sets of these storage containers and plan to get more. They are very durable and sturdy and have a cool sleek look to match. I have used mine storage containers in both the refrigerator and freezer. The glass is very heavy and it truly helps that they are clear and see-through, so you know exactly what you have stored. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE!"

Much better than plastic

"A refrigerator storage dish is a relatively simple product but they are not all created equal. The heavy, crystal clear glass reveals without question what is inside and the plastic lids seal securely and air tight. Nothing leaks out. I can pull the dish straight out of the refrigerator and put it directly into the microwave with no problems. The container and lids do fine in the dishwasher. The plastic lids have not discolored and neither have they warped. These storage containers will spend little time in the cabinet. My only regret is that I only purchased one set."

"You've probably bought a jillion storage pieces that were flimsy, and lasted only a few months. These are very high quality pieces. The lids do not stain, get brittle or absorb odors. The bowls are so stylish I often use them as serving pieces. The value of these pieces far exceeds their price."

"With health scares deeming plastic a no-no for heating in the microwave, this product is an ingenious substitute . But remember, the plastic lid should act as a storage helper only. Opt for a paper towel as a cover protector in the microwave. The Frigoverre glass storage containers will rarely see a dusty shelf--they're just THAT jazzed!"

"Throw away the plastic! Invest in these containers! You can clearly see what's inside. The height allows for storage of many items. They can be stacked in the fridge. The lids are rugged. Sometimes, it's the little things that matter!"
