I used this pan the day it arrived. It's a good size, doesn't require high heat to brown meat. Very little oil to brown also. I appreciate also, that this is a "green" product. Washing is a breeze.

These pans are the best that I have tried ever, things do not get stuck on the bottlom. I have tried 2 other named brands and thought I loved them until I tried Cusniart. What a difference it made when cooking eggs or anything. I like these pans so much I suggested to my friend's daughter to put them on her bridal registry

Have used this large skillet pan almost every night since I bought it. Performs like a champ for everything I've tried: stir fry, paella, eggs & bacon, fish fry. Cleans easily, heats thoroughly. Love it! Would recommend highly. Compares very favorably to my solid copper cookware for even heat & cooking. Light weight - easy to handle. Handle stays cool.

I purchased 2 of these pans for my son and myself. We are both extremely happy with the product. We have cooked eggs with no oil or butter and the first time i shook the pan the egg almost came out of the pan it was so non stick. We have since cooked many different things in the pan with the same results. The cleaning is effortless. Will definately purchase more of these for the kitchen.....Ben

The Cuisinart Green Fry Pans are the best product that I have ever purchased. For months I have been watching the "Green Cookware" infomercials; and almost purchased them until I talked to a neighborer who had; and set them back. I intentionally over cooked two eggs for an excessive length of time and they just slid out of the pan onto the plate. Many pans state that they you do not need any oil, but this is my first, after many purchased, that really works without a lubricant. My family will now have much healthier eating with out the fats necessary in other cookware.

This fry pan is the best fry pan I have ever owned. I cooked an egg, which cooked quickly and then slipped it off easily onto a plate. Very easy to clean. I would recommend this fry pan to anyone who is looking for a small fry pan.

I actually bought the set of the three Cuisinart Green Gourmet Fry Pans for my chef son at Christmas. I had visited a friend who had them and was amazed at how well they did the job with less heat for cooking and tasty results. My son loves using them. He cooks professioally and even has a commercial gas range in his house. He's very picky so if he thinks these pans are great, they really are great!

I'm so impressed with this pan. But I should have known that Cuisinart would make a great product. Everything about it is absolutely great. I love the nonstick finish and the heavy duty quality of the exterior. You really need to use very little oil but you still get a wonderfully browned food. If only it had a lid, then it would be perfect.

Finally had a chance to use the cookware tonight. Easily met my expectations. The pans heated up quickly and seemed to heated evenly. I was able to brown my food with out the food sticking or burning. The clean-up was quick and effortless.

We received 2 of these as a wedding gift and love them. The non-stick works really well and the heat distribution seems to be very even. Make sure you follow the directions that come with them.

I bought these, like most reviewers, to replace degrading non-stick fry pans.
They have a great balance, handle all manner of tasks well. They heat evenly and retain heat well. I often bring them to temperatute, fix eggs for my wife, turn off the burner and fix my own eggs using the heat stored in the aluminum core of the pan.
I like the option to begin a dish on the stove top and finish it in the oven using the same pan.
The manufacturer needs to include information about seasoning and cleaning with the pans. Only that ommision keeps them from 5 stars, These are the best skillets I've ever used.

I replaced my other used up no longer nonstick skillets with the set of 3. Even the old ones brand new were not as nice as these pans. My son is a professional chef and after using them over the holidays he said he'd love to have a set.

Cooks great. Love the handle, as it doesn't get hot and is easy to hold. The hold on the end lets me hang it on my pot rack. Easy to clean, too.

I bought this pan specifically for making omelettes and nothing else. It works perfectly. I am thinking about buying a few more for other uses. I can make omelettes like a professional now. I recommend this to everyone who needs a good non-petrol based non-stick pan.

They advertise a green ceramic pan on TV, but this pan is far superior to some unknown make as this is a cuisineart. Well worth the price. Nothing sticks, from eggs to hamburger with no added butter or fat. The ease of cleaning is phenomenal, just wipe with a sponge soaked with hot soapy water, rinse, and wipe dry. The pan comes out spotless.
