Pros: use on stove top and in oven

"I bought these, like most reviewers, to replace degrading non-stick fry pans.
They have a great balance, handle all manner of tasks well. They heat evenly and retain heat well. I often bring them to temperatute, fix eggs for my wife, turn off the burner and fix my own eggs using the heat stored in the aluminum core of the pan.
I like the option to begin a dish on the stove top and finish it in the oven using the same pan.
The manufacturer needs to include information about seasoning and cleaning with the pans. Only that ommision keeps them from 5 stars, These are the best skillets I've ever used."

"I've stayed away from nonstick pans because they aren't environmental friendly so I was excited to see Cuisinart debut this cookware line. Wow, what a pan. The nonstick surface is great. Cooked eggs without any butter or oil and they flew out of the pan. It's a nice heavy pan that heats evenly and feels substantial. I plan on buying all the sizes."

"I recently purchased the cuisinart green gourment frying pan (8" size) and absolutely love it. Everything slides off the pan easily and never sticks at all. I have used it for frying eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese etc. I plan on buying more. This is the best fry pan I have ever used."

Amazing Non-stick Pan!

"I bought the 8" fry pan to replace a Calphalon non-stick pan that I had received as a gift 3 years ago. I hated the Calphalon pan.
Nothing seems to stick to this Cuisinart pan. It has a nice "sturdy" feel to it with a good balance between the handle and the pan. It doesn't contain teflon, so there is no need to worry about chemicals getting into your food. An added environmental bonus is that the pan seems to be very efficient at conducting heat. I can have the burner turned lower than I can with other pans.
If you need a new set of pans, don't hesitate. Buy the whole set!"

Successful trial run

"I bought the 8" pan as a trial run and now I am seriously considering the 12 piece set. Since I was never willing to have teflon contaminants in my food, I am delighted to be able to purchase this safe, very non-stick green gourmet cookware. I like that these pans are also oven and broiler safe. The directions suggest seasoning these pans twice a year in the manner of cast iron pans but I am not sure how this can work since there is no way to spread oil over the interior surface. It just slides off and puddles in the bottom!
One note about the description. I believe I am correct in stating that these are of hard-anodized aluminum construction below the ceramic based non-stick interior, not stainless steel as described here."

"I bought the 8" to replace my worn, old teflon pan. I wish I'd bought the 3 piece set. NOTHING sticks to it. I can fry an egg without butter, and it just wipes clean. Very heavy duty, thick pan. I hate to sound cheesy, but I really love it :-)
Going to get the 10" and 12" for sure."

"I replaced my other used up no longer nonstick skillets with the set of 3. Even the old ones brand new were not as nice as these pans. My son is a professional chef and after using them over the holidays he said he'd love to have a set."

"I purchased these pans and they cook more evenly than any pan I have used to date. The instructions were great and I have yet to burn anything on one side of the pans while the other side is still raw. It's nice to know that the organic food that I'm spending extra on is not being polluted by my cookware. And there is no need to spray the pan, as I have had to do with other nonstick cookward. Even egg whites slide easily out of the pan."

"I purchased (4) 8 inch pans for a catering party that included an omelette station. The hard anodized stainless steel exterior held up very well without scratching on my burners. The eggs cooked evenly and did not burn. It was easy to plate with the ceramic surface, which also made it easy to wipe down and clean quickly.
As a home or professional user you save money by not having to spray, oil or butter the pan other then for flavor.
Though it said it was an 8 inch pan, the cooking surface was not. You also trade durability for weight. It is heavier than most green pans( which I have) but it's more durable.
I will be buying the larger pans for my home use. It's PTFE and PFOA- free which makes it safer for my family to eat from knowing there are No chemicals to peel off in my food and digest ."

"I recently replaced all my old non-stick, with the 3 Piece Set, after I read how toxins leach out of regular (oil based) non-stick pans when heated and enters our food and lungs while cooking. These pans are great being ceramic based, Everything cooks evenly . Pans heat quickly and retain heat very well. Super quick clean up, just rise and wipe.
I love that handles and packaging are made of recycled material.
Definately a Christmas/Wedding gift idea.
Would like to see an expanded line of products, i.e. bakeware, stock pots.."

"This cookware is evidence that Cuisinart is way ahead of the competition in research and production of cookware that is safer for consumers and friendlier to the earth! Contains no dangerous Teflon coating to flake off and threaten the health of you and your family. Instead, it is made with a completely scratch-resistant surface that is tough, safe and really non-stick. You will love this cookware! I will buy more of them to replace all my old pans with Teflon surfaces and will feel much better about my cookware in the process."
