Purchased for a small startup bakery. Looks like a solid piece of equipment and has been working fine through about 10 hours of operation. Well-constructed, both mechanically and functionally. One caution though - Chef's Catalog doesn't carry this item in inventory but, rather, has it drop shipped from the manufacturer, which puts delivery time at 3-4 weeks, instead of the 1-2 that it promises for other products.

The Cadco Commercial Convection Oven is the best oven I have owned in my entire life. It doesn't take up much space and cooks quickly. It has become my best friend in the kitchen. I can't believe I waited so long to buy this oven. It's a dream come true!!!

I love this oven! I love in a home that has both a full kitchen in the main part of the home, and a smaller summer kitchen elsewhere. I had been coveting a smaller 1/2 sheet oven to use for holiday's and for baking. This oven is a true workhorse, is wonderful for those always forgotten holiday items and for baking. Convection so it cooks in a fraction of the time and best of all looks great in the kitchen....

Wonderful Second Oven...

...that I use as a first oven. It cooks fast and evenly -- a spatchcocked chicken in 35 minutes and cookies in less than 10. Since we are renting and I haven't been able to choose appliances, this really makes my life easier
