"My husband bought a Wustof Gourmet Block set in the 1980's while in the military. We use the same set today and they remain perfect.

Love these knives!!

"I have had this set of knives for a little over a year now, and I love them!!!! They are perfect for the amatuer chef. The handles are very durable, and the blades sharpen nicely. It is a good set for the average kitchen, I never feel like I am missing a certain knife. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a great value for the money!!"

"I love this cutlery set. It's in a vacation home, so I've only been able to use it a limited number of times. I love that the knives are in a block, so they're exactly where they should be, won't cut anyone reaching into a drawer, and the block should help them stay sharper longer. If you've ever tried dull cheap knives, you'll never go back after using these. My only disappointment was that even with careful hand washing, the logos starting coming off right away."

"If you are looking for an excellent quality, well balanced set of kitchen knives these are superb. I cook ever day and they are my regular kitchen knives. I supplemented the set over the last four months with the Wusthof carving knife and fork but only because as a Brit I regular do large Sunday roasts, but you really could manage brilliantly with just this set alone. A must for the kitchen!"
