Before buying my twin pro-S Henckel set, I went nuts trying out different high quality knife sets to find which felt best in my hand. I chose the Henckel twin pro-S. That was four years ago and I've never looked back.
These knives are excellent, feel great, and hold an excellent edge. I strongly recommmend them.

Pros: great weight distribution feels great in my hand
Cons: price: any high quality knife will be expensive.

I had recieved this set as a christmas gift several years ago. I use it in my personal kitchen as well as in my catering business. I love all of these knives and my husband actually seems to like sharpening them (at least he doesn't complain!) Because we have frequent and helpful houseguests, the 2 3/4 peeling knife got misplaced about 6 weeks ago. I asked for a replacement for Christmas, but I literally could not wait the few weeks. This little knife is the best tool in my kitchen. It makes preparing fruits and vegetables easy and much safer than using a knife without the bird-beak tip. So I bought one for myself as well as recieving an additional one for Christmas. Cannot have too many good knives. Now I can get the big cleaver and my knife life will be complete.
Pros: every knife is useful
Cons: no cleaver

These knives are really great. I purchased them after Christmas a couple years ago and haven't been disappointed. They hold their edge and they are a great weight. This was a great purchase.

I have tried many knives in my career as a chef and Henckels fit my female hand better than any other professional brand I have used. Excellent construction. Perfect weight. They hold an edge well and give you excellent control whether chopping, slicing, or dicing. Cheap knives are the most expensive and frustrating you will ever use so invest in a quality set that will last longer than you do.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, balanced, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to store, easy to use, Forged, Full tang, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting, Material, Non-slip handle, Performs Well, quality, Riveted, size, Value for Money, Warranty, Weight, fit women's hands better than any other brand.

We have had Wustofs and Furis, as well as token lesser sets such as Tramontina.....and these are the most amazing yet. As another reviewer said, they feel very nice in your hands, are extremely sharp, and hold an edge amazingly well.

I've known for years Henckels produces some of the world's finest cutlery. I could not resist the deal on the 15 piece set and having used them for over week now, couldn't be happier with my investment.

I was a director in the hosp. industry for several years before I became a stay at home mom and every award winning Chef i had the privilage to work with used Henckels knives. They are the best and most efficient at prep work. They are also very easy to care for and retain a sharp blade. Dull blades cause more accidents in kitchens so keep them sharp and stay safe! The santouko knives are by far my favorite to work with.

I have been happy for over 10 years with my set. They have stood up well to use, steeling and sharpening. Even when the edge seems to be really dull they spring back with a little TLC. Worth the money.

Even though this is not a large set, there is a knife for every thing that I want to cut. These knives are very sharp, and are great for cutting tomatoes!

I have most of the knives in this set myself, and due to my satisfaction with them, decided to purchase this set for my friend's wedding present. Needless to say, he and his wife are completely satisfied with the knives and swear by their keen edge and strength. Fantastic quality.
