CHEFS Poultry Brining Kit and Blend : Poultry marinated in our brining blend emerges wonderfully moist and flavorful. The meat marinates and the salt penetrates it along with the moisture and seasonings. The result: savory juiciness but no saltiness. Clean-up is easier when you use heavy-duty cooking bags with zipper-seals. Turkey Brining Kit Includes: Set of 2 Turkey brining bags: 23.75" x 19.5", 4-gal., each bag holds up to 23 lb. turkey. Brining blend 2.5 lbs, enough for up to a 24 lb. turkey. Chicken Brining Kit Includes: Set of 4 Chicken Brining Bags: 14"sq., 1.5-gal., each bag holds a 6-8 lb. chicken. Brining blend: 2.5 lbs, enough for four 6 lbs. chickens. Brining Blend contains: Minced garlic, coarse sea salt, basil, lemon peel, black pepper, rosemary, sage. Total weight: 2.5 lbs. Prepared & packaged in a facility that also handles: Wheat/gluten, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, dairy, soy.

"I bought this just to try, and now I am hooked! It produced the best chicken I have ever cooked. It doesn't matter how you cook it after the brine, but I've found baking reserves the flavor the best."

"This is fabulous. I have brined both chicken and turkey. My family loves it. I make it regularly now and always keep brining product on hand. I have recommended this product to several people. Just wonderful flavor-not salty. I often make this for company. It just takes some pre-planning, but is easy to fix."

"This is the second year in a row I have used the Chef's Brining Blend and the brining bags. I had the most succulent, juicy turkey of my entire life including from restaurants. I doubled the recipe and added 2 cups of brown sugar to the blend, put turkey and all into the fool proof bag, turned the turkey over once and left it in the fridge for 24 hours. I've done ths twice now and had the same results each time. The best part was the turkey soup I hade from the carcass. During the roasting part I syphoned off the juice and later used to make the best gravy ever and the rest of it later to make soup stock. Unbelievably excellent food. I will use these products every time for absolute results."

"I use to make my own brine for my Thanksgiving Turkey. Not any more! This is the Best Poultry Brining Blend I haved ever used! The other challenge has been finding a container large enough to brine the turkey in. The bags do the trick and I love the double seal that prevents leaks. If you want the best roasted turkey that is moist and full of flavor; you have to try this blend."

"I have brined both chicken and pork and this is just fabulous. The gravy you can make after baking is so rich tasting. You will never want to go without brining once you have done it. Brining does not make the meat salty, it just gives it more flavor."
