These are the best shakers I have found for keeping cinnamon/sugar and flour for sprinkling on work surface while rolling out pie crust or cookies. Tops screw on/off easily. Plastic cap keeps contents dry and odor free. I found cheaper shakers, but not of this size or with the plastic cap or with the right size holes for the use I intended.

I had been searching for a cinnamon and sugar container for months. While this is a bit larger than I would have liked, it has a lid and is wonderful for our french toast. I also liked that it was stainless steel - easy cleaning. And versatile as other food stuffs can be used inside.
