"I purchased two 3' items for my Mother for Mother's Day. She LOVES them! She placed them side by side in her kitchen and I commented that a 6' would've been more appropriate, but she was happy with the 3' items because they are heavy. She would not be able to easily move the mats to clean under them, if she had the 6' mat. Standing on these mats are heaven, just as advertised. And, because they are heavy, will not trip her as the edges lay flat against the floor. The only disappointment was that gift wrapping was offered as an option at check out, but they cannot be wrapped and arrived in their boxes. Gift cards were put in each box. If you can part with the cash, your body with thank you."

"These Gel-Mats are wonderful. I have ceramic tile in my kitchen and without these my feets would hurt after just a short time of standing on my bare tiles. The Gel-Mats are so comfortable that I wish my kitchen floor was lined with these mats. The only drawback is that I wish they were a little thicker. They are still worth getting."

"I LOVE these rugs!!!! They look good, clean up easily and make standing on my tile floor a dream. I have arthritis in my knees and spine and had two hip replacements so this is an essential part of my kitchen although any cook will adore the comfort these provide. I have four black ones against gray rock- like tile and they fit right in. Even stiletto heels accidentally worn over them have not pierced the covering."

"I am waiting for mine to arrive and know I'll be thrilled with it. I have noticed that when cooking for long periods of time I tend to get lower back pain.............and according to all other reviews this product should be very helpful in relieveing that problem. While waiting I thought of yet another use for one of these mats....................ironing. It is another task that requires standing for long periods of time. If the mat works well in the kitchen it seems the laundry room would certainly be a place for one as well."

"Both my husband and I love to cook. I have lower back pain and he has severe arthritis in his left ankle making standing for long periods tiring. I purchased both the large and the small mats for a Christmas present for my husband, and am I glad that I did. We both LOVE them. Feel great on bare feet, clean like a dream and are nice looking. We have recieved many comments on them, and have reccomended them to everyone that asks about them. Pricey, yes. Well worth every penny. I was able to save because I purchased during a on-line special. If you you can wait, you can save on the mats and get free shipping."

Why did I wait so long?

"Have been watching these mats for awhile and hesitated on spending so much. I eventually ordered both the long and the short in chestnut to compliment my wood floors. I cannot say enough about these mats! Hours pass before I realize I have been standing in one spot. Before I would have to take breaks to sit and rest my lower back and achey feet! I have one in front of my sink/counter and one in front of the stove. An added benefit is the extra height it gives me. I am a shorty and really notice the difference when I am standing on the mat. Give yourself a treat and purchase these ASAP! I guaranty you won't be sorry!"

"I bought a large to put in front of my most used prep area. It has made a big difference in back and foot fatigue. My husband loves it too. When people come over he has them stand on it. We will be buying another for in front of the cook top. The only thing that I have a problem with is that it creeps on the floor. I'm going to try one of those mats that prevents rugs from creeping. Hopefully that will help with the creeping and make it even softer to stand on."

"If you do lots of cooking and suffer from any kind of pain from standing, GET THESE MATS!! I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he thanks me every day. Literally. For the first time he has no heel or lower back pain, and cooking fatigue is no longer a problem. We have the 36" and the 72" and are planning to get another to complete the kitchen comfort zone.
