The "Never Burn" Sauce Pot

The "Never Burn" Sauce Pot : With all of today's advances in science and technology, there had to be a better way to prevent overcooking and burning when cooking sauces and chowders. With that idea in mind, The Perfect Sauce and Chowder Pot developed by Pauli Cookware was born. Utilizing advanced kitchen science, and more than two years of research, development and testing, its high-end design begins with its thick, 1.2 mm outer layer of stainless steel. From there, alternating layers of steel and aluminum encase what may be the biggest advance in home cooking since the microwave - a hidden layer of silicon oil that ensures an even cooking temperature, every time. Hermetically sealed for 100% safety, this hidden layer distributes heat evenly, cooking the contents of the pot at a steady pace. The result - A sauce and chowder pot that you never have to stir! The "Never Burn" Sauce Pot by Pauli Cookware removes much of the work and risk of burning or scorching pasta sauce, chili, chowders or stews. Constructed of commercial-grade stainless-steel. Tempered glass lid keeps flavors in. Heat-resistant handles. Product Features Removes much of the work and risk of burning or scorching pasta sauce, chili, chowders or stews. No need to stir sauce, chowder or stew. Thick outer shell of commercial-grade 1.2 mm stainless-steel. Patented 7-layer bottom alternates layers of stainless-steel and aluminum around a hermetically sealed oil chamber. Oil heats up and ensures perfectly even distribution of heat. Nontoxic and nonflammable. Even heat distribution. Attractive tempered-glass lid. Heat-resistant handles. Commercial grade stainless-steel.

About 6 months ago, we bought a "never burn" pot, and found out it was exactly as advertised. Have never burned a thing in it. We like it so much, my wife and I decided to buy another. Now we have two "never burn" pots. Not only do we consider these pots indispensible for cooking, they are the easiest pots to clean - no residue - cleans as easy as any stick free pot. We couldn't do without them.
Pros: Stay-cool handle, easy to use, even cooking, Heat distribution, construction, size, non-stick, durability, capacity, Easy to Clean/Wash, Value for Money, Material, Tight-fitting lid, Appearance/ Design /Style, Heat retention, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting

We have an old family soup recipe with lots of tomatoes, vegetables and beef. It must cook in several stages over most of a day. In the past it has been necessary to stay in the kitchen to keep stirring the pot to keep it from sticking. NOT WITH THIS ONE!!! We made the soup the next day after receiving it. What a deal.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: My food processor.

I was very skeptical about claims for "no burning or sticking" but this is one product that delivers. The wfe has tried it with tomato sauce, collard greens, and the worst of the worst, oyster stew. Nothing sticks. We like it so much that we bought one for our daughter. It has become the "go to" pot for both families.

Used it twice so far and I am really pleased. I usually scorch the bottom of my spaghetti sauce when I don't pay attention. Not this time. It is a heavy pot and I do wish they made a smaller one. Overall I love it. I bought one for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I do recommend buying the stainless steel cleaner. It really works at keeping it new looking.

I was lucky enough to recieve this fabulous pot as a gift. I am a huge sauce and soup cook and this is the pot that anyone who makes either soup or sauce must have. In the past cooking pea soup meant spending a long time scrubbing the pot, not with this pot. There is no need to stir while the soup is cooking and clean up is a breeze. This large capacity pot is a must have in all kitchens.

I am not happy at all. The pot does not clean up well, it looks like the finish inside the pot pitted. I cooked Chili and even tho it did burn at the bottom it also cleaned up with some elbow grease and a SOS pad. But as I said, the finish does not look very nice after cleaning. Also the indent around the lower inch of the pan holds food particles that were hard to remove. Way too much money for just another heavy pot.
Pros: size, Weight
Cons: Expensive/ Price, Quality, Not as described, Performance, Handle gets hot, finish not retained

This is GREAT. No more burning sauces or anything that I cook. I really don't have to watch what I'm cooking just put on low heat and simmer away. It is also very well made.

I wished for this pot for a long time. My kids got it for me for Christmas.
I like to make dumplings for the family. By the time I would get to the last batch, the bottom of the pot would be a mess.
This pot is everything they claim. No burned food. No food stuck to the bottom of the pot.
I have used it non stop for two months.
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT

I have used the never burn pot a few times now and have found that it really lives up to its name. I have made Beef Stew for a party and a large batch of Spaghetti Sauce. Both simmered on the stove for quite a few hours and I only had to stir a few times and no signs of burning or scorching and clean up was a breeze, nothing stuck.

First of all, things will burn and stick to the bottom. If you cook at too hot a temp, it will burn. Nothing can stop that, but it cleans off easily. Bottom of pot is very flat so cooking on glass top is easy. Overall, the pot performs as stated. A very good, but heavy pot.

This pot is 'over the top' when it comes to quality and service. I've only have had the pot several weeks and have made my winter stand-bys -gumbo and spagetti sauce already. No worry about scorching in this pot! I have also noticed a very even heat distribution. Finally, this pot is heavy - feels good and solid - plus it's pretty. Well worth the money. It will be in the family long after I'm gone.

Favorite Brand: None. I would like to know if the manufacture of this pot makes others for the home cook.

This is the best construction, best cooking sauce pot I have owned. Second generation model sold in North America would benefit from larger lid and side handles, nevertheless...excellent construction/quality for price point.

This pot is everything I expected and then some! It's so difficult to keep a good simmer going for that great slow-cooked taste, and this pot solves that problem. I also love the large capacity.

I used the never burn pot the other day and it worked well. I made stuffed peppers in it. Whenever I would make stuffed peppers in my pressure cooker the sauce always burned. This didn't happen with this pot. Make sure you have enough liquid as the pot still cooks after it comes off the stove, also because this pot is very heavy , get someone with muscles to lift it or take out what you're cooking in it out where it sits. It is a very nice pot !
