The "Never Burn" Pauli Sauce Pot :
The Pauli Cookware Story Pauli Cookware began with a
simple premise: with all of today's advances in
science and technology, there had to be a better way to
prevent overcooking and burning when cooking sauces and
chowders. With that idea in mind, The Perfect Sauce and
Chowder Pot was born. Utilizing advanced kitchen
science, and more than two years of research,
development and testing, its high-end design begins with
its thick, 1.2 mm outer layer of stainless steel. From
there, alternating layers of steel and aluminum encase
what may be the biggest advance in home cooking since
the microwave - a hidden layer of silicon oil that
ensures an even cooking temperature, every time.
Hermetically sealed for 100% safety, this hidden layer
distributes heat evenly, cooking the contents of the pot
at a steady pace. The result? A sauce and chowder pot
that you never have to stir! The "Never Burn"
Pauli Sauce Pot removes much of the work and risk of
burning or scorching pasta sauce, chili, chowders or
stews. Constructed of commercial-grade stainless-steel.
Tempered glass lid keeps flavors in. Heat-resistant
handles. Product Features Removes much of the work
and risk of burning or scorching pasta sauce, chili,
chowders or stews. No need to stir sauce chowder or
stew. Thick outer shell of commercial-grade 1.2 mm
stainless-steel. Patent-pending 7-layer bottom
alternates layers of stainless-steel and aluminum around
a hermetically sealed oil chamber. Oil heats up and
ensures perfectly even distribution of heat. Nontoxic
and nonflammable. Even heat distribution. Attractive
tempered-glass lid. Heat-resistant handles.

best sauce/soup potMay 17, 2009 acebeaufrom dumont,nj
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, Heat distribution, Performs Well, quality, size, Stay-cool handle
"I was lucky enough to recieve this fabulous pot as a gift. I am a huge sauce and soup cook and this is the pot that anyone who makes either soup or sauce must have. In the past cooking pea soup meant spending a long time scrubbing the pot, not with this pot. There is no need to stir while the soup is cooking and clean up is a breeze. This large capacity pot is a must have in all kitchens."

Best All Around pot everMarch 1, 2010 Pierrefrom Chicago IL
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to use, even cooking, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Material, Performs Well, size, Stay-cool handle, Tight-fitting lid, Value for Money
"While I love to cook....baby sitting a sauce, a stew, or any other dish of substantial quantity to stir every 15 mintes to prevent scorching was something I always wanted to avoid if possible. When I saw the ad for the "No Scorch" pot...with 7 layers and an isulated "oil" layer...I knew I had to try it. Did a Stroganoff in it yesterday...superb...performed just as advertised and cleaned up effortlessly."

"I use the Pauli Pot to make an itlalian meat sauce and I just love it! My sauce never burns and it actually makes cooking very easy! No need for any scrubbing of the pot to clean after as well. I. I usually make chicken chili in my crockpot and it always burns and just recently made it in the Pauli Pot and no burning or crusty bottoms! The look and quality of the pot is first class! Also love the big 12 quart size as I can make big batches of sauce or soup and freeze in smaller containers."

Great potNovember 12, 2009 Crockerfrom Elkhart, IN
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, even cooking, Functional/Useful, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Performs Well, Stay-cool handle, Tight-fitting lid, Value for Money Cons: weight
"While I have not used this pot but a few times, it has performed exactly as other reviewers have claimed. It's a little slow getting heated, but it's great for soups that you want to leave on the stove all day. Recently I made a pot of split pea soup and decided that my old pot, which is smaller, would be more convenient; but in the end, it scorched and I was disappointed that I had opted for the wrong pot. The only downside is its weight : it's a big, heavy pot."

I love this pot!July 4, 2009 LaCucinaGirlfrom Colorado Springs CO
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, Heat distribution, Material, Performs Well Cons: weight
"As one who loves to make soup, I have spent my fair share of time scrubbing burnt vegetables off of the bottom of soup pots! Not so with this pot, however! The three-layer design with its "cushion" of oil virtually precludes burning; any desired frond scrapes up easily. I also appreciate the glass lid...allows me to easily check the status of my dish without losing valuable heat. While I agree with another reviewer that the pot is somewhat heavy, the benefits far outweigh that factor in my opinion. It also looks great! I strongly recommend this pot for anyone who loves to make soups, stews, chilis, and chowders. Yum!"

Quality Pot -- not for induction cook topsJune 25, 2009 Charlie045from San José, CA
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Long-lasting, Material, quality, size, Stay-cool handle, Tight-fitting lid, True to Color, Weight Cons: not for induction cookers
"I ordered the Pauli Sauce Pot and then returned it. I use an induction cook top because of its speed and energy efficiency. The Pauli pot negated this efficiency. On my induction cook top it heated so slowly that it was completely unusable. It took five minutes to heat 500 ml of water to a very tepid boil. In contrast, my similar sized pots by Ikea, Le Creuset, and All Clad heated the same quantity of water to a rolling boil in 40 to 50 seconds. The Pauli pot is certainly a top quality product, but, it does not work on induction cook tops."

Ever Kitchen should have oneMay 23, 2009 letscookfrom Long Beach, CA
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, capacity, construction, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, easy to store, easy to use, even cooking, Functional/Useful, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Long-lasting, Material, multi-purpose, non-stick, Performs Well, quality, size, Stay-cool handle, Tight-fitting lid, True to Color, Value for Money, Warranty Cons: weight
"Besides being a wonderful pot for soup and sauces, this is a Must Have pot for making Jams and Jellies. I walked away while making blackberry jam to look for jars and when I returned it was boiling but not burned. In any other pot that batch would have been ruined and the pot a bear to clean. In the Pauli Pot it was ready to be jared, no burn and the pot is easy to clean. I'm an older person and the pot is a little heavy but the performance of the pot out weighs any disadvantage to weight. Except for making multiple batches of jam you are going to make your sauce or soup, wash and put away. You will be glad you purchased this stock pot. I am delighted I did. So go for it and it will be the only stock pot you use in your kitchen."
