I had to exchange this french oven because it was defective
I own many of the Le Creuset line and never had a problem with any of them.I called Chefs and they exchanged it right away. I love the line and have made some great meals in them.By the way they are guaranteed for life.

Just recently received this order fomr Chefs. Baked our first bread in this oven and it came out perfect! Beautifully made, durable .. will last a lifetime. And it was soooo easy to clean. A wonderful addition to our kitchen. I will order other items from Chefs and Le Creuset.
