My Favorite Pot

I had coveted these pots for years and finally decided I was worth the cost. I got this one first, then added a smaller pot and also a skillet. I love that the lining is almost stick proof and cleans easily. The heat retention is great and it cooks evenly over the whole bottom. I had been cooking with old pots that had aluminum in them, and decided that it would be better for my health to have ones without aluminum. My new Caribbean color is so pretty, I leave it out on my stovetop as decoration.
Pros: Appearance/ Design /Style, durability, Easy to Clean/Wash, even cooking, Heat distribution, Heat retention, multi-purpose
Cons: heavy to carry

The "Onyx" line looks fantastic in the kitchen. Overall, Le Creuset products always go beyond the mark when performing. It is my opinion that the extra expense is worth the superb styling and performance these pieces bring to my kitchen.
