This is great. Saves on fingers and knuckles getting cut when slicing vegetables or using a mandolin.
I can't tell you how many times I have sliced my fingers using a very sharp mandolin.

I purchased one of these gloves for myself several years ago. I liked it so much that I just bought one for my married daughter as an anniversary present. I also like that the product is made in the USA.

0Love the glove. Got it because I am on Coumadin and need to protect my hands from cuts. So far good NO CUTS. very comforable to wear.

Cut Resistant gloves are ANSI (or EN) rated for cut resistance on a scale of 0-5. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned on the web page; however it's clearly labelled on the package. These are Level 4 gloves. There are Level 5 gloves available for the same price, and Level 5 offers quite a bit more protection. Hope this helps your buying decision.

My wife is always cutting her self, so I bought this protected glove. She hasn't cut herself since, great product for any one handleing knives.

This is a well made product but there is no mention of size. When we recieved it we found that it is labeled a small! Will not fit larger hands.

I use the glove when I use my mandolin. I hate the food covers that come with mandolins, but you can't use a mandolin without some kind of protection from the blade. The glove is the best of all worlds. I have had mine for a long time and the two I just bought are gifts for others who have mandolins but never use them because the food holder is so annoying.

This glove will change your relationship with your mandolin! Ditch the stupid holder thing and put this glove on the hand you are holding the produce with. Wow - awesome. Go slow. You can slowly and gently push this glove right up against the blade of the mandolin without cut through. Wish it came sized. But the size is "normal", if you have normal sized hands you will be OK with it. Your knuckles will say thank you!

Have not made up my mind.
I have very long fingers and these gloves have fingers that don't stop. I would say they are 1/4 to 1/2 " longer than my fingers.
I would think that with a proper fit they would be just great!

I ordered this glove for my mother who is 83 years old and has severe arthritis in her hands, this glove fit her small hands and has made her more self confident when cutting vegtables, it has helped with all the knicks and cuts she has had previously she loves it.

I bought this for my husband, he does all the shredding and so far no shredded knuckles. He uses it for knife work, too. I guess I should buy one for myself.

After numerous kitchen mishaps involving my knives and graters, I purchased these gloves. They have saved me from injured fingers countless times. On my small hands, the glove fingers are a bit too long, but I found the gloves to be so useful in the kitchen, that I kept them, and will find some creative solution to make them fit better.
