Its a great product for when I'm grating cheese or doing prep for dinner. The only downside was it took a little work getting the onion smell out of it.

I used the glove for the first time to grate a large block of hard, slippery Parmesan cheese. It worked nicely, though the fingers are a little too long. Once I got the fingertips out of the way, though, grating was a breeze and my knuckles survived without a scratch. I'm happy!

This is great. Saves on fingers and knuckles getting cut when slicing vegetables or using a mandolin.
I can't tell you how many times I have sliced my fingers using a very sharp mandolin.

I purchased one of these gloves for myself several years ago. I liked it so much that I just bought one for my married daughter as an anniversary present. I also like that the product is made in the USA.

If you measure your hand, around the knuckles, and it is 7 1/2", then this glove will be TOO BIG FOR YOUR HAND. It is about 1.2"-1" too big on each finger making a PERFECT FIT IMPOSSIBLE. Really disappointed as my wife wanted these to work and they were just too big for her small hands. RETURNED THEM ASAP.

After a nasty cut from my mandolin, for the SECOND time, that was it! i ordered two of these gloves and i can tell already that they have saved me. They do not hamper my control of the mandolin....wouldnt be without them when i am using mandolin.
Highly recommend; safety first........

Glove fits both my husband and me. We feel much safer using our mandoline. It grips even when wet.

Cut Resistant gloves are ANSI (or EN) rated for cut resistance on a scale of 0-5. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned on the web page; however it's clearly labelled on the package. These are Level 4 gloves. There are Level 5 gloves available for the same price, and Level 5 offers quite a bit more protection. Hope this helps your buying decision.

I use the glove when I use my mandolin. I hate the food covers that come with mandolins, but you can't use a mandolin without some kind of protection from the blade. The glove is the best of all worlds. I have had mine for a long time and the two I just bought are gifts for others who have mandolins but never use them because the food holder is so annoying.
