We love to cook in our family, and when I received this as a gift from my husband, I immediately put it to use. The size is ample enough for any normal kitchen job, and the surface is perfect for cutting and chopping. Treating this wood brings out the beauty and quality of it. It is an indispensible part of the kitchen, and well worth the price.
My only question is "How did I get along without it all these years? ! "
Great product!

This cutting board is very well made with good size and heft. You can use both sides equally since there is no groves or feet on the board. This allows you to chop onions on one side and flip to the other to cut watermellon without cross contamination of flavors.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: Apron and 10 inch chefs knife
Favorite Brand: All-clad

Beautiful wooden cutting board! We placed in on the counter next to the stove top. It comes in handy and is a useful addition to our kitchen. Perfect size and very functional. I am sorry I waited so long to get this!
We also bought the Mystery Oil to keep it looking beautiful and oiled.

Nicely constructed, seems durable, although it had a few dings and dents due to mishandling but not a big deal.

This cutting board was pricey, but it was really worth the money. It's heavy, doesn't move around on the counter, and is big enough to assemble all the ingredients you need for any dish. Sometimes, your really do get what you pay for...

I have a Boos board and bought this one for my son as a Christmas gift. I was advised that it was back-ordered. It arrived 7 days later! The board itself is heavy, but you would expect that. Maple color is just as pictured, would work with any kitchen. I have ordered from Chef's catalog before and chose it over other vendors b/c of customer service and quality.

I was hesitant to spend this much for something to cut my vegetables on! But it's a beautiful, substantial part of my kitchen now. It's large enough to be able to cut and pile up more than one item. And my good knives seems to appreciate it too..they are maintaining a nice sharp edge. Would recommend, and if i ever have a larger kitchen, will buy a larger board.

The cutting board is perfect size for large cuts of meat. You can not go wrong with maple for the cutting surface. I will have this for a lifetime and will pass it on to my grandson. I also bought one for a gift to my brother in law for Christmas, he loves to cook and I was surprised to learn he did not have a large cutting board. He is going to love this, I can hardly wait to see his face when he receives this board.

I love my Boos board. I have had one buy my toater for breacfast and sandwichs for years and have wanted a second one for vegetable prep. I love it. I have the edge exposed so as to see BOOS, of course.

This is a great, big cutting board. I got the 18" x 25". Comes with clear care instructions, and is now permanently on the center of our counter. A great, big, tough, handsome, wabi-sabi chopping block. Love it!
Don't forget to buy the oil to keep it sealed for meats and fish.

Excellent cutting boards

I have 4 of these cutting boards, 2 in large, 1 medium and 1 small for different cutting jobs I do for myself and someone else who is helping me in the kitchen. They are very heavy and sturdy, don't warp and stay in good shape for a long time. I do condition my boards (I did it everyday for the first week and once a week after that) to make sure that the boards stay in good shape. I recommend them to everyone out there. The only con to these cutting boards is that they are heavy so they can be hard to clean but I think it's worth the effort for what you get. They also don't slide around the kitchen counter.
Pros: Value for Money, quality, Material, construction, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, durability, Functional/Useful, Long-lasting
Cons: weight, Difficult to Clean/Wash
