When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Self-proclaimed Gourmet
Food Sticks to Grill even when using medium to low heat and an abundance of oil.
Very Highly Priced- I believe there are better selections for far less money.
Cons: Expensive/ Price, Difficult to use, Performance

The grill/griddle heats evenly and is very heavyweight, the food did cook well, however, even after using oil on the pan my eggs stuck to the griddle, and cleanup was not fun. Still, the quality is very good. The width does not fully cover my burners and I would check this carefully with future purchases.
Pros: quality, even cooking, Heat distribution, Heat retention, Weight
Cons: Capacity, Difficult to Clean/Wash, size

This grill has multiple uses. We use it on our outdoor grill, for cooking or as a warming tray. Even used for pancakes for an outdoor summer brunch. The ridge side works well for slowing the cooking process for fish. Easy to clean.
Pros: indoor and outdoor use
