This book is SO marked up for menu placement. I am blown away by the sheer variety and creativity of this woman! She includes everything from quick appetizers, fast dinners, and sumptious soups to past that's on the lighter side for those watching their diets. She even has no cook sauces and an entire section on making your own pasta (my favorite stress-killer), of course with many variations included.
A must-have for every kitchen!
Pros: great variety.
