I have Mark's other "How To Cook Everything" and love it. I'm not vegetarian but am trying to just eat less meat. This cookbook has tons of bean, cheese, and veggie recipes that are mouth watering. There are also plenty of recipes incorporating fruit and grains. This is, at the very least, a great source for side dish recipes.
