I have always wanted a utility that would roast all sides of a poultry at once; laying a bird down in a pan as if it were a bed and roasting breast up just seemed so imcomplete as a cooking method. I have roasted a chicken already, using ReaLemon, instead of beer, in the beer-can. "We got a Winnuh, heah!!!!".

I roasted a chicken and 4 sweet potatoes in the grill. The chicken was the most tender and juicy chicken I have ever had. The potatoes were delicious but being softer than white potatoes, they fell over. I think, maybe, I should have put them in about 30 min. later than the chicken. I will definatly cook all my chickens in this pan.

The only downside is that the veggies are covered with chicken fat. Probably best to cook chicken and veggies at separate times. Potato clips worked great. I want to try them with corn.

i have seen all sorts of beer but chicken contraptions, this one is the best i recieved it a week ago and have used it 3x already. all of my guests love how its a whole meal in one simple to use setup, there all ordering there own!

What a well made, sturdy beer roaster ! The chicken turns out so moist and tender that I feel almost guilty about how easy it is! Such a simple idea that works well.
My potatoes were also perfect... lightly brown skin and creamy inside. (I lightly oiled the potato skins with olive oil and rolled them in Kosher salt) The clips for the potatoes slip easily on the side of the pan so you can put them on after the chicken has been roasting for awhile without fear of tipping the pan or burning yourself.
There is also no fear of the chicken falling over... The pan sits flat on the grill, no wobble. I'm impressed!

The Beeroaster is such a great functional and timesaving cooking tool that it gives a new twist to a sometimes tired old bird. It allows me to flavor the poultry with any liquid and it makes the meat stay moist and full of flavor. Along with that the rest of the meal can be cooked at the same time which is such a time saver. Great thinking on getting the design together.

Safe and easy to use with easy clean up. Fits nice on the grill. Don't have to worry about the inks and varnishes burning off and aluminum can.

I bought this as a gift for my husband this Christmas. He really loved the attachments that you can put on to roast the potatoes along with it. We used it for the first time in the oven since it's too cold to grill and it made a beautiful, flavorful chicken. I really like that you can take it apart as well so it takes less room up in storage.

Absolutely love this product! I purchased two of these and have used them several times in one month. This product is so much fun to use. I actually have used it in my oven many times. It is also fun to make-up different rubs every time.
