This is a must for every kitchen. Holds a ton of stock, and cleans up like a dream!
Quality worth the price, and truly non-stick with the ceramic-based coating.

I have purchased different sizes of the "Cuisinart Green Gourmet" Hard Anodizdized frypans and the 8 quart stockpot and I love them. Food doesn't stick in the pans and the non-stick surface doesn't chip off and get into your food! That should be a plus to anyone that wants to buy a great quality and healthy cooking pan.

When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Cooking Enthusiast
After years of using expensive, high-end non-stick cookware that ultimately requires oil to keep food from sticking, Cuisinart has come up with non-stick cookware that is durable, truely non-stick and is easy to clean. I can now saute anything in this cookware without the use of fattening oil, and nothing will stick to it. Clean-up with a little soap and water restores the cookware to like new condition with very little effort. The handles and lids get a bit warm during use, but that's to be expected.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: a stock pot and a good saute pan.
Favorite Brand: It's now Cuisinart
