This is a very great and dicreet way of keeping used oil. The only thing is that it is too small for all the oil my fryer uses.

It is a great concept but the canister is too small for my taste.If the container was bigger it would be perfect.I ended up giving it to my daughter.

The grease keeper is larger than I was expecting, but still a nice size. I like the screen to keep bits out of the greese. Also, I REALLY like the fact that I can put it in the dishwasher for easy clean-up. Nice product.

Great for keeping oil used to fry fish. Nice for keeping bacon grease but awfully large for that use. Would like the same thing only smaller for bacon grease.

I'VE AVOIDED FRIED FOODS FOR YEARS BUT DECIDED I WANTED TO COOK FRIED CHICKEN SINCE KFC ISN"T AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE. THIS CONTAINER HOLDS A LOT OF OIL WHICH I NEEDED SINCE IT TAKES A LOT TO FRY CHICKEN. I REALLY LIKE THAT IT FILTERS THE GREASE TO KEEP THE PARTICLES OUT . I LIKE IT A LOT.

This replaces the glass jar I was using. I especially appreciate the strainer that is part of the container which eliminated the need to fish out small bits of broken off bacon. Finally, it does look like a proper container for bacon grease.

It is a nice size. My favorite part is the strainer. It separates particulates from the grease resulting in cleaner grease.

Like another reviewer, I wish it came in a smaller size. I solved the size problem by putting a jar (was a salsa jar in it's previous life) in the container so that the bacon grease is actually in the jar but is hidden by the container.

We use it to store bacon fat and use the drippings for cornbread or another recipe. It took us a while to find something. This serves the purpose but we wish it came in a smaller size as we do not store that much fat and it takes space in the refrigerator. We only cook for two.
