Excellent looking product and matches all the stainless steel appliances. The ease of removing the bowl and pushers works well. Clean up is a breeze as well. Also appreciate the spatula to help clean out the bowl. Very easy to use and does an excellent job.

The Cuisinart Prep Plus 11 cup Food Processor was a gift to my wife. After thirty years of marriage and raising a family it was somewhat disconcerting to realize just how much such an appliance would have helped with meal preparation over the years. C'est la vie. We have it now and it is genuinely a wonder. Not only is it powerful and quiet, but cleaning it has been a snap. What we have really noticed is that we are eating more healthily, inexpensively, and well. Anyway, no problems at all to date and we have used it not only for simple meals for two, but have also had several large gatherings during which it was processing food of all types for big servings and never missed a beat. Plus, the stainless steel appearance is a nice clean and efficient look.

I received the 9-cup model for Christmas and have used it for everything I can think of since then! Given that it comes with multiple attachments, you can use it to prepare a variety of foods without any additional investment.
After using a magic bullet to make hummus for the past couple of years - I was AMAZED the first time I used my Cuisinart food processor... I went from chickpeas to hummus in about 5 seconds flat! Anyone without one of these is missing out!

Got it for Christmas & can't stop using it ever since. Perfect size to try so many different recipes and the user manual includes recipes/ideas to use it pretty frequently. Made pistachio butter (i.e.: like peanut butter) yesterday which turned out amazing... this is the best gift ever!

I have had the 7 cup Cuisinart processor for years and used it often. There were alot of things I wanted to make, but the bowl size was too small. I asked for this 11 cup model for Christmas and have been so pleased! I make bread, pizza dough and pasta that turns out perfectly. It is terrific for making biscuits and scones without over mixing. I couldn't be more pleased with this processor.

We purchased this to replace a similar one I had for more than 20 years, and was recently dropped and broken beyond repair. This new model is much more efficent and lighter, but has all the power needed to grate, pulverize and mix dough.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: a good sharp knife

For years I have been using low-cost food processors purchased at local retail stores. Although they worked without problems they seemed more tedious than helpful to use and I found that I'd wind up bypassing their use and preparing my foods by hand. I hemmed and hawwed about buying a better quality one due to the cost. But I finally decided to purchase this Cuisinart and all I can say is 'Why did I wait so long?' because this appliance is awesome. The motor power is incredible and also quiet. Slicing and chopping takes only seconds. All parts are very easy to put on and take off (I had to struggle with my previous processors) and cleaning is simple. The lexan bowl and lid is high quality and sturdy. I am so happy to have bought this. Cuisinart appliances have always been a favorite of mine and this one sure is!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas at his request. He is disabled and loves to cook and experiment with recipes. He often has to chop, slice or otherwise process foods to fit the recipes. The first time he used it he made hot dogs with chile, chopped onions, cole slaw and thinly sliced potatoes. He came running up the stairs yelling I love my processor. it had taken less than a minute to slice the potatoes, shred the cabbage, chop the onions. He was so excited. We only had a cheap knock off several years ago and never used after the clean up required after the first use. All I can say is he has never reacted that excitedly about any gift he's gotten during 41 years of marriage. He said cleanup was a snap and he's a happy man. Plus I shopped around and you had the lowest price I could find with free shipping. One other place was 20.00 less but was out and could not guarantee delivery by Christmas. The 10 year warranty on the motor was a deal maker. I had seen good reviews. In a word. Bingo!

I say THE because this, in my opinion, is the only food processor to have. I am the kitchen gadget king. I insist on simplicity, durability and enough power to propel a skiff. Although I haven’t figured out how to get it on my skiff I am sure that it will propel it.
Easy to follow instruction. Easy cleaning for a food processor and it does great work with no slowing of the motor.
Durability will be determined when I lasts as long as the rest of my Cuisinart products.

The processor is perfect for the salsa I make for Sunday lunches. The kids and grandkids expect salsa and tortilla chips while waiting for lunch to be prepared. The Cuisinairt is the perfect size for my salsa.

This model of food processor is more than powerful enough for 'normal people' use - it is great! The DVD enclosed is worth its weight in gold, it thoroughly explains assembly, dishwasher cleanup and Chef Bill is fantastic, not only the first-hand visual of this processor in operation, the recipes he creates will definitely make an appearance at our home!

The new Cuisinart replaces a wedding gift which we received 29 years ago. The old machine was great, this one has new features which we like even better like the large feed tube. It is such an attractive piece of equipment

I have a tiny kitchen that wants to be all grown up! The small foot print and big power of this processor saved the morning when I had my grandkids visit. Six sleep-over guests, four of which are less than patient, got homemade scones in a jiffy. I was afraid it would overmix scone dough but it handled it perfectly. I will be making a lot of my own mixes with the assistance of this food processor. Don't think you won't appreciate a quality food processor just because you live alone! Love the large feed tube, too!

I've always had a small food processor. I finally bought this. I love it. I use to hate making pie and pastry crusts. Now they are perfect. I start with the processor and finish it by hand. No more ready made crusts for me! And it can handle the big jobs.

I have always had a cusinart food processor since getting married in the 70's. They last forever- this workhorse I bought after 30 years is the best! I make pizza dough weekly- I grind up organic meat and vegetables for my elderly dog each week- I make bread almost daily with this "awesome machine". I also use the tools to slice and or dice different cheeses- One of the most fun things to make is herb butters and pesto sauce- its a snap. I cannot reccomend this machine enough. It is the only one that never leaves my kitchen counter. I even bought a second one for a mountain house we own.

I bought the 11 cup Prep Plus to replace a basic 7 cup Cuisinart food processors I'd had for years. The old one still works fine, but the size became a problem when I wanted to use it to make a double crust for pies or a good sized batch of tomato sauce. I love the upgrades to my old one just as much as the bigger size. The dough blade is wonderful and the additional speed is very useful.
