While I have not used the pan yet, I am sure that it will be a great improvement over the 50-year-old cheap-o pan that I inherited. Looking forward to even baking. CM is a great brand and I have been very happy with other pans from them.

I purchased two pans. These pans are commercial grade and much heavier than I expected. I baked my favorite Angel Food cake recipe and the results were amazing. The cakes were high and light. The cakes slipped out and the pans washed up like a dream. Beginner or expert...this is the pan for you.

This pas bakes great. No more looking for a bottle to rest the angel food cake pan on. I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and plan to bake angel food cakes on a regular basis and now I look forward to it instead of dreading it. Thank you! - JRoers

Love this pan. I've already baked an angel food cake that turned out beautiful. Next I'll try a pound cake and I'm sure it will turn out great too. I like the feet and the weight of this.

I was looking for a quality piece of bakeware to replace my 20-year old angel food cake pan. This Chicago Metallic nonstick pan is far superior to other pans that I have used. It feels heavy and sturdy, and while the nonstick coating made for an easier release, my delicate batter could still cling to the pan for a beautiful rise. The cooling feet are well balanced and I no longer have to insert a bottle to cool the pan properly. My clean-up time has been dramatically reduced, as nothing sticks. The CM quality makes all the difference. My only suggestion is to possibly reduce your baking time given the dark coating. I like this pan so well, I bought a second one to make my baking even easier. Love it.

Was looking for a new tube pan as I plan to be baking more Angel Food cakes due to a reduced fat diet in the family. This pan is all I hoped for. The removable bottom seals well, with no batter leakage. Use it on the second to lowest rack (not the lowest) and check at the earliest time, as the dark finish does aid browning. The cake released easily from the pan (for Angel Food) after loosening with a plastic spatula, and cleanup was breeze after a brief soak. Highly recommended!

I wasn't sure how my cake would turn out because I was making my first gluten free angel food cake.
It was fantastic, raised high and tasted yummy. I credit this pan with part of my success as the cake was able to raise and came out of the pan with no real effort. Love the removable bottom. Very nice pan. Clean up was easy.

I bought this pan because Cook's Country highly recommended it. It was a little more expensive than some of the others but I just made my first angel food cake and it turned out perfectly. I loved the fact that I was able invert it on the attached feet and then was able to easily remove the cake from the pan once thoroughly cooled. I can't attribute all of the complements I received on my cake to the pan but I know it certainly contributed to my success.

Definitely a heavy duty professional pan! Makes a great Angel Food Cake with nice browning on the sides. Love the legs, no more inverting on a botte, the old fashioned way. Love the clean up too! Can't wait to try pound cake, carrot cake, mmmm! Love this pan! My only suggestion would be, when you have to scrap the sides to remove cake from pan, use a plastic utensil as not to possibly scratch this wonderful pan!

I have used other, less expensive angel food pans with different levels of success. Just purchased this pan a week ago and I love it. I thought it was a bit pricey but after my first use discovered it is well worth the money.

First time in my many years of baking that I had a burnt angel food cake. It took a long soaking and elbow grease to get the burnt coating off the pan [both bottom and sides]. I checked my oven and it is not overheating. Perhaps with this heavier pan it should not be placed on the bottom rack of the oven which is the usual practice . I'm going to try again with a lower oven temp and the rack placed higher. Hope this solves the problem

Nonstick really means nonstick...so easy to clean after making sticky gooey monkey bread. "Feet" feature, easy to turn upside down and let air circulate around angel food cake, without balancing as in old pan.

I bought my Angel Food Cake Pan over a year ago and absolutely love it. A lady I work with ask me for a cake recipe that requires an Angle Food Cake Pan for it to be cooked in. So for Christmas I gave her the top of the line of Angle Food Cake Pans to bake my cake recipe in. If you are going to order an Angle Food Cake Pan you really should order the top of the line. Your cakes come out easily every time. Making cleaning a snap as well. I know my co worker will love hers as much as I love mine.THANKS CHEFS
