I bought this knife for my husband who spent his college years working as a food prep cook in the kitchen at funky fusion restaurants. He wanted a general purpose knife with a serrated edge. I was nervous b/c we've never spent this much money on a knife before. He has been like a little kid in a candy store, grinning from ear to ear, since he started using it. The other day I found him trying to see if he could slice a tomato so thin that you could see through it... weirdo! He truly loves this knife. Warning: it is very sharp and people not used to handling a really sharp knives should be very careful... hubby easily cut through his fingernail with little pressure (he survived unscathed).
Pros: balanced, easy to use, multi-purpose, size, Appearance/ Design /Style, Performs Well, Ergonomic handle, Functional/Useful

This knife is my new kitchen essential because it is so easy to use and makes chopping and slicing and dicing so much easier. The blade is sharp and shaped to cut precise lines and great for veggies. The handle won't slip and it is very comfortable to hold and perfect for any of your food prep needs.
Pros: comfortable to hold, sharp for slicing
