When I'm in the Kitchen, I become: Kitchen Diva/King
The good sized grill makes great grill marks and the food cooks quickly, esp. with the glass cover that is included. The grill isn't quite as easy to clean as I'd like, since you aren't supposed to get the electrical end wet. A stiff nylon brush seems to work best. We like that you can control the heat level from keeping stuff warm to sizzling grilling. The temperature knob unit is a bit flimsy and wobbly. We hope it holds up.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: lots of towels!
Favorite Brand: KitchenAid and Cusinart
Pros: Cord length, easy to use, capacity, Value for Money, Fast/ Speed, Appearance/ Design /Style

Closest ever to an outdoor grill !!!

I was truely amazed at how well this grill works.
It is the closest that I have found, to using an ourdoor
grill (whic I cannot use where I live)
I have cooked different meats on it, and just love the
taste and looks of the food.
Next step will be 'grilling' vegetables.
The 'grill' cleans up fairly easily, and takes up little
counter space. Which is another plus for me.
I would love to have an additiona. 'cook book' to go with my
grill, as I am always looking for different ways of cooking
foods.

I first became acquainted with the Delonghi indoor grill this past New Year while visiting a friend. We grilled steaks, asparagus, mushrooms, and egg plant. I was amazed at how well everything cooked, and how easy it was to use. The grill is the perfect size for cooking a meal for an individual or a few more people. I was so impressed with the grill that I ordered one for myself
The design is modern and attractive. The high quality non-stick coating makes cleaning the appliance a breeze.
I love my Delonghi indoor grill, and will now use it more than my outdoor grill.

Great Indoor Grill

I have owned this grill for a couple of weeks now. So far I have cooked thick boneless pork chops, a small rib-eye, sausage patties, and some boneless ribs and it cooks really well. I didn't encounter a whole lot of smoke although I used the lid most of the time to retain the heat. Leaves great grill markings on your food if you like that. You have to get used to the cooking times because I overcooked a couple of my meals. I have an outdoor grill but this really comes in handy for those cold, rainy days when you don't feel like cooking outside. I'm still experimenting with the flavor enhancer so I won't comment about it. I wash mine by hand (don't own a dishwasher) and clean up is pretty simple. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of purchasing it. Just hope it holds up for several years.

I love this grill. Good healthy cooking indoors. Holds lots of food and you get the same grilled flavor as an outdoor electric grill. I can grill 2 steaks and vegetables with ease and clean up is a cinch! I've used it several times a week for the past year and it's still like new.
