This shallow baker is one of the most versitle piece of cookware in my kitchen. I use this shallow baker as a cookie sheet, broiler pan to brown and seer meats. I've also used the shallow baker for candies and fudge and to flower and apply breadings to meats and vegtables prior to frying. This high quality shallow baker has many uses and I would highly recommend this very sturdy item for many years of service.

Made in the USA and gets away from harmful aluminum. This stainless steel baker is the perfect all-around cooking sheet. Even baking throughout the baker , substantial enough to handle easily, non-warping, plus it is easy to clean. The raised sides make it great for not only cookies but for cooking fish, baked french "fries"and a multitude of other dishes. I ended up ordering a second one!

I really like this product; it is beautiful to look at, very heavy and a pleasure to bake with. I have alot of All clad cooking pans and skillets and this is a lovely addition. It replaces an old thinner baking pan that was past its prime.
