The quality of All-Clad and the beauty of non-stick. I have other All-Clad french skillets so this pan was purchased specifically for eggs and fish. I went with the 11" and that is the perfect size. It works beautifully. Price was very competitive.
In the kitchen, I'm never without: A glass of wine and a quality pan.

The size is just right to make sunny side up eggs and we love the way the egg dosen't stick to the skillet, as a result we save the oil/butter calories. Easy to store in cabinet, in other words, fabulous.

Selected a 9 and 11 inch to augmnent my larger AllClad frypans. These work just as well and the steeper sides are better for flipping and turning. Have been using All Clad for 15 years, nothing beats it. Costs a little more but worth it.

Although I have a great set of cookware, I decided to get two All-Clad French skillets to see what all the fuss was about with All-Clad. Well, "they" are right - they are superior to anything I have ever used. We scrambled eggs for breakfast and the eggs cooked evenly and better than my other set. I highly recommend these.

Like other All-Clad cookware, this a saute pan is excellent for many different types of cooking. I would rather pay a few dollars more for the best pots and pans availble.

I love All-Clad and have several pieces of it. I bought the non-stick French skillet to have a slightly larger skillet than I already had. It's just the size for scrambled eggs or a sausage and veggies - the last two meals. i wish it had a lid but when i need one, a 10 inch lid works fine.

The All Clad Non-Stick French Skillet is the perfect size for dessert crepes. It is also great for eggs. Nothing sticks and it is so easy to clean! This stainless steel non-stick skillet is as beautiful as it is functional.

We've been through a lot of egg pans in our house all with fatal flaws. The All-Clad French Skillet is the quintessentially perfect pan. The non-stick is actually.. wait for it.. non-stick! Many others promise, but All-Clad delivers. The pans sloping sides are perfect for omelet flipping, rolling or easing with a spatula. Just a perfect, perfect pan. Remember not to head any non-stick on more than medium heat to avoid damage to the surface. Love this pan!

The use of my new fry pan from All-Clad has been a very good experience as my wife will attest to that as she is a very finickey cook. She said that it cooked all evenly and liked it very much. She is a cook at the local hospital and owns her own restaurant. She has all NSF equiptment and knows her pots and pans as good as anyone could know them.

These skillets are not only made by ALLClad, but their nicely rounded edges makes stirring the food easy and it keeps the food in the pan.

Fantastic! I can't think of a thing that I would improve. Great styling, easy clean-up. Excellent quality. I would not hesitate to purchase additional pieces as well as to refer to a friend.

I have had two of these skillets- both times the non stick finish began to peel off around the top edge of the pan. I am extremely careful with my cookware and take great care in both using it and washing it . It was a huge disappointment and waste of $$ . I have many pieces of All Clad all stainless cookware and love it . A cast iron skillet over time will give you a non stick finsh just as good or better. The non stick has quality issues .
Cons: Quality, Performance, non stick finish peels off over time

Needed a small skillet since I am single. This is the perfect size (7 1/2 inches). All All-Clad products are top of the line plus I like the fact it is American made.

I really enjoy cooking with All-Clad products. This non-stick surface is exceptional! Less oil is required to cook the food. Then, if desired, toss cooked food with healthy oils for more flavor (& mufa's). Lower burner temperatures result in energy/$$ savings, too.

I am a HUGE All Clad fan owning many pieces of the wonderful all stainless line - I have the french skillet in non stick for making eggs / omlets which tend to stick badly . I had the skillet for aprox one year and the non stick surface began peeling from around the edges at the top of the pan. I am extremely careful with my cookware. This should not have happened . I also noticed that it was not performing as well in that foods did not slide off as easily over time. I will not be purchasing any of the non stick again.
