I purchased this drawer knife block for a new butcher block cart I had custom built for my kitchen. I wanted the knives off the counter where they took up coveted work space. They are now stored in the drawer of my new cart and are always at my fingertips. They take up very little space and hold alot of knives. Like everything I order from Chef''s Catalog this product is beautiful, functional and durable.

Prior to getting this knife drawer block, the knives constantly were moved out of the old block by simply opening and closing the drawer too fast. Now, the knives stay where you put them. I am extremely pleased with this product.

We were looking to organize our knives without having a knife block on the counter. I found this holder from Chefs along with a number of other vendors. Chefs was the best value by far over the others, and the knife block works so well. It holds all of our knives including my chef's knife, a 10 inch bread knife, long and short boning knives, and an assortment of paring and utility knives. I even use the wider slot in the middle for a box cutter. I still have a slot or two left over.

Have given this 2x as a gift and people are so excited that they put it to use immediately.

I just got this last week and love it. Always had a counter knife block - but I was tired of them (had 2) taking up room on my counter and a friend recommended this. Knives are easier to reach and the block fits perfectly in the drawer. This is a must have!

This drawer knife block is sturdy and does a great job of keeping my knives in order. The knife handles sit up on the block making it easy to grab. I didn't want more items sitting on top of my countertop adding to the clutter so this fit the bill perfectly.

I am VERY excited about this drawer knife block, the idea is so much better than having your knives in a block on the counter taking up space and getting dusty! The block is well made and everything you would expect from Wusthof. It fits perfectly in my drawer and I'm sure that it will last forever! I wish that I would have known these existed years ago! The price is the same a lot of places but chefscatalog.com has free shipping too!

These are very well made and functional! I have Shun, Global and Gerber knives and until I bought these I was always concerned about damaging them in the knife drawer. No longer worry as there are plenty of slots for them all

I have had large wood block on cupboard, and dont like so much stuff on cupboards, so a drawer knife holder is great. It fit my Pampered Chef knives along with some Cutco.
