Love the weight and quality of these sheets. Cookies don't stick and I no longer have to mess with those nasty teflon ones that are ruined with one scratch.
These are high quality and will last for years and years.

The jelly roll pans are perfect for many baked items. I have already baked cookies and apple slices on them, and found they bake evenly and are easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.

I wish I had bought these 30 years ago. I use them for roasting vegetables. The pans cook evenly and wash easily.

I bought these jelly roll pans to use for roasting vegetables; the sheet pans I had were without four side edges and subject to spilling. We especially wanted pans without a nonstick coating, and heavy enough to stand up to use. Cannot say whether they will hold up well because we have only started to use them, but vegetables roasted on the sheets came out uniformly browned with no sticking at all, and cleanup was really easy.

These are fantastic for cookies. They're my second 'set'...the first one came in 3 sizes. They clean miraculously and I believe the only thing you CAN'T do with them is make SOUP!

I am so disappointed in these pans. I removed the large sticker on the top pan and could get the glue off. Used soak & hot water & got a black film on the pan that expanded to 1/2 the pan ....... tried to wipe the film off with a clean towel with no luck. Tried and entire process several times with no success. Not a good purchase...........

Glad to have more of these for baking. With parchment paper clean up is very easy. Very sturdy.

I am currently replacing my stainless steel jelly roll pans that were very durable, but you could never quite get them clean. Last night I roasted asparagus on the new jelly roll pan and the dish was delicious. Thanks Chef's. Definitely a thumbs up!

My first Chicago Metallic purchase was the Lasagna Trio Pan. I ordered the Jelly Roll Pan, because from the write up I felt they would be better than what I could buy locally, that warp everytime I use them. Also, the fact that two pans came together, was a perk. These arrived today and I immediatly washed them and made a batch of cookies. I am very impressed with the quality of these pans and would highly recommend them, as well as Chicago Metallic cookware, and of course "Chefs" website/store.

These are great. My old pans would suddenly warp in the oven with a "pop". The last straw was when I had a pan full of chopped walnuts toasting and it threw them all over the oven when it popped. Tried these pans and they stayed flat. Inside the rim of the pan is a steel bar that keeps them from buckling.
