I have a double Kitchen Aid oven and the door is very deep - when reaching in I have burned my arm too many times - this has been a life saver - I recommend it for every one who does not have rubber man arms -

The toughest thing about using this product was remembering to wash it first. It snaps on easily and has already saved my arms. I'm not very tall and taking hot dishes out of the oven is always risky. These rack guards are terrific protection!

I bought them first for my self and liked them so much I have given several sets to family and friends. Keeps your arms from getting burned on theoven racks. Sopractical and easy to attach. Wish stains washed out better but still useful even if discolored. Love them.

This product is just what I was hoping for. Easy to install. Washable. Stay cool. My only burns were from reaching into my oven an accidently hitting my hand or arm against the hot rack while putting something in or taking something out. Now, when I hit my arm, no more burn!!! No complaints on this product.

Due to the ackward arrangement of my kitchen, my stove is opposite my dishwasher and there is only about 12" of space when the oven door is open and so I always found myself standing off to the side and trying to manipulate large cookie sheets into and out of the oven and consequently rarely have I gotten through a holiday season without at least one 2ndd degree burn on my hand/wrist/arm because I'm watching the cookie sheet and not where my hand/arm is in relation to the oven rack! While I'll agree they do seem awfully dirty already - I really don't care that much because they work and that's all I really care about! Would recommend 100%!

Well it may protect from burns, the fabric is floppy and does not fit really tight to the rack. Also it picks up black from the hot pans and so looks dirty once you use it.
